Excellent location! Close to the bus stop, supermarket and the city centrum. Self check in/checkout worked without any issue. The room was small, but for a short stay you don’t need much more. It was clean, bed was comfy and I liked the Rituals products in the bathroom.

I didn’t like the bathroom/ toilet with no door… Double bed would be better then two single beds. A small fridge in the room would be nice.

Great location, check in was far better than I thought it would be as it was done digitally. Got the room we requested on ground floor, unfortunately it was next to the alleyway,so could be noisy. Good choice for breakfast, had an evening meal which was very nice

Our room was right next to an alleyway,so could be noisy. I think the room was very over priced, being it was next to a noisy alley. Room 105. But everything in the room was good. But 3 nights was too long so we checked out early

Very good location, delicious breakfast, clean room

Outside our room on the ground floor was a beverage automat and we could hear it all night long even with the windows closed. One of the room that we booked was more expensive because it had a terrace. It’s true there was a small table with 2 chairs right outside our door but I wouldn’t have called it a terrace cause it was right next de passageway and the bike racks with no real delimitation. We saw that the rooms at the front of the building did have a small terrace with green delimitation, but what we had I wouldn’t call a terrace and definitely not worth the extra pay.

I liked the online check in service. I was worried at first because there was no staff at the hotel. If there was an appliance that was not working, such as heating, electricity or bathroom, how would the problem be solved, but everything was working very well. The bathroom and toilet were very clean. Especially the breakfast was very nice for this price. The lady in the breakfast room was also friendly and helpful. The location is also very good. Very close to boat rental and supermarket. It has its own parking lot.

Location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the Binnenpad (canal). Parking just outside the back door of hotel -- extremely convenient. Same parking lot has grocery store.

I would have appreciated having option of desk clerk -- even if it was someone that is staffed at the restaurant. We did not have any check in issues but I was nervous about that. I was also nervous if my door code wouldn't work after 8pm (one night it gave us an issue for a bit but then worked). It would seem to me that having a backup person that mans the restaurant would at least be a safeguard. I know they give the phone number but sometimes with the area code prefixes it is difficult to get through on international calling if we are calling from a North American phone.

The hotel was good, easy to access the room without need to visit any service desk. The hotel had some good parking space available on site and in big parking lot behind it. The location is prime, as it is next to the Giethoorn canal and walking distance to the prime beautiful spots in Giethoorn (e.g. Giethoorn Canal, Museums, etcs.) The included breakfast was also nice and had good options.

The initial effort to find the allotted room was a bit confusing, which would be easier if the room information are mentioned at one place. The allotted room was from an outside stairs and not within the hotel stairs, hence it was mentioned separately, which we did not notice easily, although it is mentioned somewhere in the reception and can be found with a bit of looking around :)

The rooms are small but thoughtfully set up. There were enough hooks for our jackets, towel and floor mat, heaters were warm and water pressure was good.

We went down for breakfast and came back at about 10a.m. to find out that the housekeeping team had cleaned the room and checked us out. We rented 3 rooms. We came back at the time they finished the 1st room. We could not even access the room, and please note that we have not checked out.

Great location to access Giethoorn Village. short walking distance. No contact check in and out. Didn't see any staff so was unable to rate. Should be a not applicable face in the rating scale. Our room was upstairs but there were other rooms at lower level. Everything was as expected. Can hire boats but we just took a guided tour.

Not really anything critical. Would have preferred lower room but also realise that most accom has multi level and getting used to carrying suitcase up and down. Also, double bed was 2 singles and there was a gap in between.

Easy check-in, plenty of parking, close to town centre and supermarket. Lovely breakfast and comfortable beds.

Our room had very dim lights, we had to turn on the TV to be able to see what we were eating (got some lovely snacks from the supermarket). The room was right next to the entrance/check-in area so we could hear people a bit too clearly, but not a huge issue if you don’t plan on spending the whole day in the room.
