Overall, it was a great stay at Aparthotel in Hattem! - Very clean, cozy, well designed room: large windows, well isolated, high quality materials and finishing touches; - Functional high quality bathroom, floor heating and very comforting rain shower with good selection of shampoos and gels; - All required amenities were there: fridge, coffee/tea machine, plates, glasses - Very convenient location to walk around Hattem and to get to other towns (like Zwolle) - Easy to check in and check out - Beautiful facade of the building

- Check in is quite late compared to any other hotel - 15.30 and check out very early - 10.30. There is no reception so even if your room is ready you still can't check in (unless you pay EUR 15 extra) - For us it was not a problem, but everything is fully automated, without any human interaction with owners/staff (unless you have some questions/problems - you can reach out to them) - The only breakfast location is a small local cafe/bakery. It is cute inside it, but the food selection is disappointing: no healthy options, so-so coffee and even bread is just ok - Bed seems comfortable, but the mattress is actually quite soft. If you are a guy, you might have back pain as the mattress bends under you.

Important notice: no outside breakfast options or bakeries are open on Sunday! Maybe worthwhile highlighting this clearly to travelers :-)

Beautiful room tastefully decorated, extreme comfortable bed ! Coffee & tea facilities . Fabulous shower ..... to a high standard. We loved it !!! The hotel situation was in the center of a village with plenty of pubs and restaurants to chose from.

We loved the location and it’s authenticity. It was modern and beautifully designed. Elegant!

The only things we missed were the microwave or oven and a view of the surroundings. The dishwasher was not needed for us.

The room comes with a small kitchen, which doesn’t play nice with the fire alarm. The kitchen has a dishwasher, but the provided cutlery explicitly is not dishwasher safe.

I really loved my stay. The room was very beautiful. The marble and gold touches made it stylish but still very warm and cosy. Carolien the host was very friendly and welcoming. We didn't meet because of the automated door system (very smart), but she was very helpful prior to my arrival. I also really appreciated the chocolates that I received as a welcome gift. They were from a local shop and really delicious. The toiletries from the Gift Label were a nice surprise and the scent was so lovely. Hattem is a charming town with some really nice cafe's, bars and restaurants.
