Once we entered the room was warm and it had a brilliant smell. It was very clean and very spacious. Beds were so comfortable. We loved our small table outside the room as well. There was immediately hot water in the shower. You park just outside your room.

The whole house is warmed up by an A/C, it takes a bit of time but it can make the whole place really warm. It has only one black out curtain, so during the day either the room is really dark or you are to be seen by people passing by outside.

Good location as a stopover between Christchurch and Queestown. Value for money. Warm and comfortable. Appreciate the fresh towels on our second night, did not expect that :) Spacious units. Clean.

Room configuration was a little odd - double bed and single bed were in the same room and the other had two singles. Would have preferred 3 singles in one room and a double in the smaller but this is not a big issue.

friendly helpful staff, room was clean and tidy, location was an easy walk to restaurant for dinner. Good recommendation of where to eat. Large lounge, dinning area.

a sofa bed in the lounge would have been very helpful for 3 ladies travelling who do not like to share a bedroom due to snoring and age. A night stand on both sides of the bed in the double bedroom would be helpful.

Very clean, comfortable & tidy with a surprising amount of dish & cookware to prepare light meals. Room service each day, excellent restaurant around the corner (Carnegies), great stopover location.

Shower head wouldn't sit up, double bed a little firm, fire station next door - alarm sometimes might go off in the middle of the night.

Conveniently located motel with comfortable spacious rooms and (almost) everything one could need by way of facilities. We would have awarded 10/10 under every category but for a couple of minor details : there was no cafetière or similar so fresh coffee wasn’t an option, and although there’s a guest drying area it was breezy, and there were hardly any pegs! We’ll be back, but bringing our own pegs and coffee maker!

Nice large unit with two bedrooms and a perfectly adequate wet room. We only encountered one member of staff who was friendly and efficient. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Our unit was just a little too close to the main road so we heard the rumble of traffic from quite early in the morning.

Showers. No water pressure. Very frustrating this has been like this for years. If you are doing outdoor activities etc you need a good shower at end of day. These are awful.

The overall living experience is quite good—clean and tidy. The refrigerator, kitchen, and bathroom are all great, and the wardrobe is very practical.

The bed lacks sufficient support, and my lower back feels a bit sore after sleeping.

Though I didn't meet the reception in person the phone conversation with her was pleasant and clean and tidy room with all the things that I needed

I didn't like the smell of the shampoo they provided ( pls don't ask us to bring our own lol)

The location and staff was good. East to late check in

The water was cold in the bathroom sink, however it was good in the bathrooms.. The single beds were very bad quality. I even got back in pain while sleeping on the bed.
