We took a public bus from San Juan del Sur, which dropped us at the bus station in Granada. If you’re walking to the hotel, be cautious with Google Maps — it suggests some lanes that aren’t really walkable. We ended up taking a taxi instead, which was cheap and much less hassle. I recommend just grabbing a taxi from the bus station. The room we were given was quite spacious. It had a small kitchen area, but it wasn’t really usable — there was a cooker but no gas, and no utensils or cutlery. There was, however, a good-sized refrigerator. The air conditioning worked very well, though it was a bit too loud and cold to leave on while sleeping. I would have preferred darker window coverings, as the morning light comes straight into the bedroom — an eye mask helps. The shower room was a good size, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the main square, which is very convenient. I highly recommend the restaurant right next to the hotel — the asado was excellent and great value. The pool was large and very clean, and there’s even a table tennis table available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay here again.

The staff was always attentive to our needs during our stay. A standout feature is the complimentary room cleaning service, especially useful for longer stays. The breakfast was delightful, and the room was very comfortable with efficient AC. The breakfast was delicious!

The Wi-Fi signal may not have been the strongest, but it sufficed for our needs. I recommend booking one of the first or second rooms on the first floor for a more stable signal. I recommend that the hotel administration consider investing in Wi-Fi extenders or access points to expand the coverage and provide a better signal throughout the entire hotel.

The staff here were really lovely and friendly. The two ladies on reception always greeted with a smile and were full of positive energy! The room was comfortable and large, and also had a fridge so we could chill water. Strong A/C. Pool was great to have and I liked the location. Breakfast was fine and free between 8-10am.

More sun loungers and would have appriciated a new towel after 2 nights

The staff is very nice, I met Ingrid at the reception and she is great. She welcomed me with a cold beer that I will never forget. Breakfast is delicious, and the location is pretty good.

The rooms are a little bit outdated but keep in mind this is in an old city, which makes sense. Something I didn’t like is that in Booking the checkout is supposed to be at noon but the hotel says is 11 am. They should fix :)

I love how friendly and helpful the staffs were. The place was clean and the pool was deep. The ac worked perfectly and kept my room cool for great nights of sleep. It was nice to have hot water and nice strong water running too. I like that this location was only 10mins from the central park and the micrbus station. It was in a very convenient location. The breakfast they provided was also wonderful too!

The internet was a bit lagging in my room, but it was fine once I found a spot by the dining table. The kitchen stove in my room actually didn't work but the staff allowed me to use their kitchen to cook my own food so that was nice.

beautiful hotel, big and light rooms, fantastic patio, and the staff is so nice and tries everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. the ladies there cook the best breakfast we’ve had. The pool and atmosphere is also very relaxing.

The only thing was that, we had a 3 night stay, and we only asked once if they could change our sheets, but they forgot it during the day. in the evening we asked again, and the guy just gave the sheets to us, so we could change them ourselves. In the end I asked if he could do it, but he was a bit hesitant.

The fact that the toilet got blocked (room 7) - I never threw any paper or anything else in it and only because it was late night, I had to do that myself. A suggestion would be for the hotel to check/throw some deblocker in all the toilets on a regular basis.

Very warm and friendly family run property. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, and a kitchen area if you need it. Nice walkable location near town, restaurants, and lake. Very secure parking. Breakfast was delicious!!! Enjoyed our stay! ❤️

Poor patchy WiFi, no options with breakfast. We stayed here 3 nights it would have been nice to get fresh towels on the 3rd day.

This is a relaxed hotel! Children friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable! Could have more towels and hanging apparatus for towel( s). The fridge was handy. There are not any dishes or cooking pots stocked in the room …so bring your own?!? Pool was great! Breakfast was plentyfull! Staff was helpful and friendly!
