the place, the location, the people, and that everything is really close to the hotel

the bad was not that good, shower was liking and what I really don’t like is that people try to scam you. transportation is really cheap but because you are a tourist they charge you more, almost double. for example, I contacted transportation and I was like 2,900 km from the hotel they said it’s $3, even at the hotel they advertised $1 per km. The taxi arrived and when to pay with a $5 dollar bill and they didn’t give me the change. I told the lady they told me $3, she didn’t believe me and made me to show her the messages. So, that’s what I don’t like. I know they need the money and I can give those $2 as a tip but is mire about being honest with prices. I bet they will get more if they do what’s right

Overall our stay was enjoyable. Pool was clean, room was clean, location is verry centralized and taxis are abundant. The included breakfast is very organized and the property seems safe and secure.

While the staff is very friendly and attentive, some of the employees seem focused on things other than customer satisfaction, comfort and convenience. Possibly lack of training or just too many internal rules and regulations for visiting guests. Either way, improvement in hospitality would definitely increase visitors perception and overall ratings.

It is a very nice hotel, they've got two buildings, I was in the second building. The main building is very busy, most of the local people visit this hotel, for food and good vibes. Music is playing all day. So if you need rest, ask for the second building, just cross the road. There is a pool as well and a very quiet area. You can get food from the restaurant, they provide room service. It is just 35 min from the airport.

Upsides : The bedroom was confortable and clean even though not as modern as advertised on the pictures. AC was very much appreciated, as well as the buffet breakfast. The staff will keep your bags if needed. The place feels very safe. Downsides : The window of the bedroom is in the corridor though which means it mostly closed. We wish the staff would have known more about the city and where to take the bus for the next destination.

Excelente location, the bed is very comfortable. Workers are friendly. Music by the pool is relaxing. Food is great. Be aware that the hotel provides lots of banquets and events and the cook provides food for both the restaurant and the banquets so while there is an event, it takes long time for your food order delivery. Parking is very limited.

Everything is excellent. The stay was great, the workers are extremely helpful especially Lopez was an amazing help for us at the hotel. I am grateful and will be back 100%

Great location to stay while collecting items from PriceSmart 200 Meter walk from hotel or a short drive of less than 2 Km to Walmart. If you don't want to leave the items in your room staff will lock your items in a special baggage room.

no shampoo in the bathroom or body wash. containers were broken. .

Has airport transportation available, hot water, a/c and breakfast. Property was very clean in appearance and room felt safe at night time.

Just wish there were more options nearby, within walking since, for restaurants.

The staff was the best I had ever seen. They were so friendly and very accommodating with every request we made. They went over and above to help us in every way. The hotel is a little older, but still very nice. Had a very fair price. We enjoyed the pool. If I am in this area again, I will stay here.
