The rooms were nicely only joined to others on one side so were pretty quiet. The a/c worked well, bed was comfy, nice warm water to shower. The location right across from the airport was why we booked here for our last night, super convenient. We left early so didn’t get to try the buffet breakfast, though the hotel did have packed to go breakfasts for us. We ate at the restaurant for lunch & dinner the day before, it was good food, but overpriced. The pool was nice to cool off in, but many biting insects in the vicinity.

The main draw of this hotel is its location across the street from the airport and they run a shuttle 24-7 so you don't need to haul your bags across the main (often busy) road. It has comfortable beds, AC, serves a good breakfast (boxed breakfast to go if you have an early departure) and 2 decent pool areas. All the staff I interacted with were excellent.

Prices are high ($3 for a can of coke is crazy to me) but you are a captive audience in a north americanize chain hotel. Heads up, although it was not an issue during this stay, if there are activities in the hotel (such as a wedding reception), it can be super noisy all night because its a very open layout.

My third stay in this hotel and for the most part I had a great experience as always. Breakfast buffet is outstanding and rooms are clean and good sized. Best feature (for me) is the proximity to the international airport.

The only thing this time around was a very unpleasant check-out experience. I had already pre-paid for the stay upon check-in, so checking out was literally only a matter of dropping off the room key. There was only one rep available at the reception and she was busy with a couple checking in that had many questions. Other staff was walking by but none of them took the time for my check out. Eventually, the one receptionist was done with checking in the couple, but even though she saw me waiting there for at least 5-10 minutes, she ignored me and tended to the person that was in line BEHIND me instead.

Amazing property and location. Well kept and maintained. I stay here every year and it keeps getting better. The massage option is an absolute MUST. Very reasonable and Fabiola gave one of the best massages. I have had a lot of massages over the years. This was definitely in the top 3. The pool was so relaxing and nice. Restaurant food is so delicious. I am telling you, this is a great option right next to the airport.

Try to not get a room in the back 150-160, the WiFi does not work. Best rooms are in the front 20-60.

10/10 staff - front desk was great on check-in and when I needed help with something, and my server at the restaurant was incredible! The grounds are super lush and green, the food at the restaurant was fantastic, and everything was easy. The air conditioning in the rooms is powerful! Kept things cool and dry even during hurricane weather. Literally across the street from the airport! I walked over on the way in and took the 3 minute shuttle on the way out.

The buildings and rooms are a bit dated and the hallways can be noisy/echo-y, but nothing that was a major issue.

The hotel was kind enough to let us leave our bags 3 days prior to check-in. The hotel is just across the airport (2mins walk) and is perfect if you have an early morning flight to catch or arrive late night to Managua. The staff was friendly. The hotel also provided us pre-packed breakfast as we had to check out at 4.30am for our flights. They even provided a free shuttle as we had bags :) Definitely recommend this place

Literally across the road from Managua airport. We had a 6am flight and were able to order breakfast to go for a 4am collection. The rooms were clean and all you need for an overnight stay before your flight. There are 2 pools which were absolutely jam packed with people having a great time.

Our room was far away from the pool so it was nice and quiet however I feel like rooms closer to the pool would be quite noisy. The food at the restaurant is ok. We couldn’t be bothered venturing out for dinner so that’s our own fault.

Location is great as just across from the airport departures. It can be noisy though as it is close to the road. They are responsive to picking you up at the airport when you have heavy bags. If you have just a regular cabin roller bag, just cross over the road and you are there.

I travel a huge amount and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. I have never had to wait so long to check in. There was only one person for check for each of my stays and he took at least 10 minutes per person to check in. With a line of people checking in, one can wait a half hour. It is not the individual, it is their computer check in system in that each time I have checked in, there is a different person but it still takes 10 minutes to check in. They spend the whole time on the computer so it is their computer check in system that needs to be streamlines.

Everything about our stay was great. Our flight left at 6am. We had to leave at 345. They had breakfast waiting for us at 330. Also the shuttle drive us. They also offered the whole menu for room service. The restaurant is extremely nice. The rooms are not fancy but very clean. The whole place is extremely clean. The whole team was extremely friendly and all spoke English.

This is a great hotel if you don't want to go into Managua which we we were told to be up to an hour drive with traffic. The best option if just want to be close to the airport for your flight the next day. The staff is very nice and helpful and the restaurant has good options so you don't have to go into town if all you're doing is staying there for the airport.

They have tiled floors outside the rooms where people drag their bags when they're going to early morning flights that wake you up. It'd be nice if they posted a sign to tell people to carry their bags as a courtesy. Also the cost of the room is high for Nicaraguan prices but that's because they know that you are staying there to be close to the airport.
