Absolutely loved the facility. Beautiful buildings, pool and gardens were fabulous. Close to restaurant choices (especially loved the Mercadito Visitanos just a short walk away towards Plaza Mayor). Loved the natural furniture in the center garden area (between buildings 2&3) and at the front near the parking area. At night, the lights in the gardens looked magical.

What I would have liked is maybe a little pamphlet that would tell you that the staff could help you order from Perdidos Ya if needed. We are from the USA and because we don't have a telephone # that would work with the system, we didn't order. I did check with the staff and they said they would gladly help but we decided not to. However, if there was info given to me at check in, I might have considered this earlier. Just an idea that could be helpful. I also would have liked a small refrigerator in the room but the staff let me know I could store something in a different reffrigerator, to let them know, but I didn't do that. I think next time I would choose the room with a kitchen if I were staying a week.

Overall, this was a decent place to stay for a couple nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was just a short walk away from some stores and good restaurants. The pool area was nice. The staff was professional.

A few areas for improvement: -Housekeeping knocked on the door at around 9am on a Sunday waking me up. They should provide do not disturb signs and also don’t come by that early in the morning! -The hotel rooms are not sound proofed well at all. I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway and even as far away as the reception area. -One of the reasons I stayed here is because the listing said they had a gym. The “gym” was 3 pieces of old exercise machines outside. Not ideal when the outdoor weather is incredibly hot.

I loved all the trees and vegetation on the property. It gives the place a relaxing in nature kind of vibe. I was able to spot beautiful birds while lying around. The hotel is away from any major traffic but still close enough to shopping and restaurants. We also loved that breakfast was included. The pool was large and relaxing. I would stay here again.

The POOL, OUTDOOR SEATING, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, SUPER SECURE PARKING. the SECURITY and ROOM SERVICE staff were VERY ACCOMMODATING! BUT MOST OF ALL: THE Man that works in RECEPTION (He was there at least 12 hour per day)... AMAZINGLY POLITE! PROFESSIONAL! HELPFUL! just an ALL AROUND, REALLY GREAT HUMAN BEING!!! *** Whenever We ORDERED DINNER DELIVERY... WE GOT EXTRA for him (my way of saying thanks)! He NEVER ASKED for anything; we just did it because we wanted to share!!

Regardless of Day or Night; there were a LOT OF MOSQUITO'S in the Swimming Pool seating area. I got so many bites in the first 20 minutes; had to go inside and take allergy medicine

Loved the feel of this property, it is really pretty, clean, and the staff are lovely. Had a great hot shower. Felt secure.

The only thing we found difficult with staying here was that they don’t have a ‘restaurant’ per say, so other than breakfast you can have dinner but it’s limited options and very expensive. Not close to loads of restaurants either.

Beautiful garden, nice pool, cleanness, tasty breakfast, and good neighborhood.

We booked double room de luxe (family with four years old child), which, according to booking.com, should have 40 m2. After arrival and checking in, the recepcionist took us to a small room. Thanks to my complaint on site, our room was changed for the room I booked and paid.

A very good hotel, with a nice swimming pool area and wonderful garden. We really liked our stay there, it was very clean, beds were super comfy, there was a safe in the room as well and the room was really big.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. Options were fairly limited, however that didn't really influence our stay that much. everything else was perfect.

The breakfast was lovely with numerous options. The coffee was delicious and abundant. The pool was refreshing and the poolside furniture, comfortable. There are many intriguing little paths and the variety of plants and trees were interesting to see. We had just landed in Nicaragua and the hotel was happy to arrange a dinner for us after our day of travel. They also arranged a pick up at the airport.

Perfect hotel for sta-over or when you have a businesstrip and need a clean quiet place to sleep, with some good restaurants in the neigbourhood. Pool is big and there are some chairs to take a rest. The staff is super friendly, the gardner even showed us some tropical fruits which just fell from the trees and let us taste the fruits. This gave the place a more homy feeling as in general it is a straitforward modern (somewhat cold decor) hotel.
