Fine location. Comfortable spacious room with magnificent view. Decent breakfast with plenty of options. The young gentleman at check in/out was exceptionally helpful and kind.

very nice very clean the workers are very nice except the person who was in charge of breakfast in the buffet…When I went in the morning to have breakfast, this person did not even say good morning, she was very worried to know if I was staying in that hotel and to know if I had a room number. I found it very rude is lack of, maybe she thought that I was not staying at the hotel and it is very sad to know that there are still people who treat you according to the way you look
It is a very central place and close to all the places that I like in Nicaragua.

Wonderful hotel! Feels like an oasis in Managua.
The pool is murky and appears very dirty. Since this is primary draw to the establishment, more care should be given to it's upkeep. Also, I was upcharged to a superior room without thorough explanation of the cost.

This is a beautiful hotel . Placed perfectly. The breakfast buffet was delicious
The rooms were not too big . We even upgraded and it still didn't seem big .

Everything! The staff was helpful and friendly, the facilities clean and nice. The hotel is in a very good spot, near malls and restaurants, and there are taxis and buses available to go to the areas that are not so nearby. We will definitely come back!
