Excellent pick-up service - our flight was very delayed the driver was there to pick us up regardless! Easy check-in / check-out service any time of the day and perfectly fine rooms to stay for the night (no window) with loads of room (2 double beds and 1 high-bed). Very clean, clean towels and shower gel / hand wash was provided which I liked.

Breakfast options could be improved

Place was beautiful, workers dressed professional, food was great, good value.

The workers tend to ignore you even if your standing right next to them waiting to check in. You have to make sure to let them know you want to check in even if your standing there with your bags. Don't speak English well. I asked to book a taxi to the airport the next morning 3 times. The staff member nodded his head 3 times when I asked if I was booked but he never booked my shuttle, he just nodded his head because he probably couldn't understand me.

The airport shuttle they offer for 6 USD is often not there at time. This trip it went very well. But you should have the hotel number in your phone to call them if nobody shows up! This is the ONLY negative part. We stay there now always for about 8 years. And I don't know why there is sometimes a problem with the airport shuttle pickup.

Very accommodating and let me leave my luggage while I went to Ometepe for a few days by motorcycle. The breakfast could definitely use improvement -- service is slow to get a cup of coffee. But other than that, I love this place and the staff is great. Very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle for $4. It's where I always stay when I'm coming in and out of Managua.

This is such a beautiful place. I'm so bumped that I was only here for the night, and I didn't get to enjoy it fully. They have a 24-hour kitchen and staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the airport. I will be back.

Is was comfortable it was close to the airport but is all the way in the back of the gated community and is so hard to find transportation and the staff is not very helpful

I asked for a call to the airport and the staff won't help me with that they refuse to let me call about my plane trip it was awful and is so far from the road had to walk a distance to find a car and go personally to airport because they won't help me

Great spot super close to the airport, and was had 24hr reception. Hosts were super helpful and helped us download an app like Uber (BiTaksi) to get a cheap taxi

Everything was great! Hot water in the shower, ac working well, I could really get some rest before a long trip.

The only thing that could improve is a wifi in the room. In my room it was really weak, 90% of time I couldn't use it. Also, wish there were some more food options in the restaurant but it was still okay

It has a wonderful character to it the staff are very helpful and so accomodating and friendly made us feel at home. clean rooms great service lovely food the whole service was exceptional. thank you so much.

I got a pick-up organized by the hotel, which was great and only 6$. they waited for me and were really kind. quick to get to from the airport. the staff was very friendly and helpful and even helped me organize a taxi to my next stay. thank you very much! you can buy drinks at the reception. This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight to catch or get in late. not very luxurious but ok for one night.

there was a bit of black hair on my pillow. the breakfast could do better.
