The bed was very comfortable. I only had breakfast on the day I left for the airport. There was a good variety to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised to find yam and fish stew - a great way to start the day before a long flight! Although the hotel was self-service, one of the reception staff was kind enough to help me get my luggage to the lift when I checked in - I had a few to content with!

There was no shower gel in the bathroom, just one small bar of soap which I presume was for the hands. Thankfully I had my own. The shuttle service starts at 7 am which is too late I feel if you are supposed to be at the airport gate by 7 am. They do offer provide taxi service - they call them up and they come with a few minutes - but you have to pay N5k for that.

I liked everything about this hotel. When I first saw it on booking.com I knew it was an excellent hotel. Especially when you get married and have a mini honeymoon there. I came all the way from the UK to marry my princess but the food was excellent but outside fertility was excellent. The staff was excellent. everything excellent about this hotel? Especially coming from the UK guy?.. the staff was so friendly

Location close to the airport. Good breakfast.

I tried to arrange someone to pick me up from the airport and when I landed there was no one waiting for me. I was swarmed by taxi drivers 'wanting to help' and would give me a ride for $50! They were very aggressive. I was able to get someone to call the hotel and they would send a driver but took forever. Luckily I found some helpful tourist like myself and shared their ride with them for $5. Also the wifi was super slow.

Staff, breakfast,promptly responds to guest questions, issues. Resolves issues within short time frame.

My bedding on first night was unkept with residue.It was immediately resolved.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Always polite, clean room and nice food.

No complaints to be made. Very satisfactory.

I loved the very friendly and ready to help staff. The room was very neat. Slept so well Breakfast was awesome. Pleasant stay. Definitely doing it again

Not enough sockets ro charge phone

We expected our flight to have landed at 11pm but we arrived late and got to the hotel almost 1am. The checking in was prompt. Nearness to the airport is a great plus.

The food was great The friendliness of the front desk was great. The attendance was prompt.

The bathroom supplies should be more standard. Shampoo and body lotion were not supplied.

All went well.

The internet I think cos it was really bad. If yiu have a work to do just connect to your phone data instead. That's the worst internet I have ever seen.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The location was perfect and I felt safe and secured. Very comfortable stay

The window was a bit unclean especially from the outside. Water coming out on the bathroom floor after shower.
