Very comfortable room and nice shower.

The staff didn’t seem interested in serving drinks or food. A bottle of beer took 30 mins to come. A mocktail even longer and the wait for food was 2 hours. Lovely food, but waiting that long is shocking. Young family next to us waited over an hour for a chicken wrap for a young child. Not good at all! Another thing, they called earlier in the day to say one of our rooms was unavailable as needed maintenance, and they only had the royal suite available, you’d presume this would be upgraded for free but no… we had to pay the difference. I didn’t mind as it wasn’t too expensive, but didn’t seem the right thing to do.

The property is always very clean and the staff is always friendly. You always feel secure.

The restaurant lacks the menu prices are incorrect and they have difficulty serving 3/4 of the items on it. The value breakfast in the morning is most definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast and excellent choices of meals . The staff was very professional and polished in their uniform .I really felt as if I was s home at my own house with the ability to cook and wash my clothes. I will definitely recommend God's Touch Signature Apartments .

There was only one issue and the staff was on top of it instantly. I wish I could give each and everyone that catered to our needs a special bonus. Having personable people is very important when visiting from abroad. Kudos to everyone !!! I will never forget my visit .

Cleanliness, exceptional staff and good food. The amala with Efo riro and pepper soup were excellent. I ate all the different variety of their pepper soup. Turkey pepper soup, fish pepper soup, goat meat pepper soup, goat meat assorted pepper soup. This is my 5th stay with God’s Touch Apartments, and my best vacation so far.

I enjoyed the kind and professional CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had issues with my credit card (it was locked) and front desk ladies were very patient and offered suggestions regarding the possibility of using another card. I did and everything worked out. Also HOUSEKEEPING kept my room and the entire facility clean at all times. The MAINTENANCE staff fixed the issue with my door lock which made me feel very safe. I especially liked that there were no begging and bribing for services.

I did not like the LIGHTS going out, but I learned quickly that is Nigeria and the hotel did there best to have lights back on in a timely fashion. TIP: DO NOT REMOVE the OPAY card from the charging port or your room lights will be the only lights to go out AND then you may panic like me.

The hotel is actually comfortable (solid bed) and clean. Staff are really good and polite. There are some things that were not of my standard but didn't affect my stay, such as non pressed b pillows cases and, the doors were not sealed, so you see the light of the passage way. The amenities were good. For a 3.5* they did much better than a 4* that I stayed in in Ikoyi. The area is ok the roads towards it are smooth and easy access to the airport. 24hour electricity.

The TV was the downside of this place. Not many channels worth watching and tv signal was not good. Hot water doesn't last long enough(but that could just be the way I like long showers). No suitcase stand. A room with 2 guests doesn't mean 2 free breakfast.

A try will convince you. I will definitely be staying there as long as they maintain it. Because maintenance is the biggest problem of Nigeria hotel

Breakfast should be for everyone.

All staff was well trained and professional. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good with different choices,but no protein i.e like fish or meat to eat rice with.

The advert was misleading regarding complimentary breakfast which doesn't specify either for one guest or two guest which i complained about and I even shown my booking, all what they could say was sorry and they will mention it. This was very unacceptable and misleading.

Perfect location and great security. The security men are always ready to assist. The remaining staff are also welcoming. The rooms were good size with a great comfy bed. They topped up all the toiletries daily. The pool and bar area is nice and cosy and a nice additional touch. Small gym available if you want to work out.

The breakfast could be improved. Bread was not always available. Plus if the room is booked for 2 with breakfast included. Only 1 person is allowed breakfast with the other having to pay. Would prefer if this was made clearer during online booking. My TV signal was really bad rubbish and needs sorting out. I had my laptop so wasn't a major issue.
