Lovely, friendly, helpful staff is what made the place so nice! In addition huge rooms with kitchenette (but no cutlery / dishes - would have been helpful). Balcony with view over the lagoon - amazing! Breakfast room was nice and choice of foods was fine for the price. Pool area gorgeous as long as you don't mind having restaurant guests watch you swimming :-) - pool opening hours are 10 am - 6 pm and restaurant mainly gets busy in the evening, so it wasn't t an issue for us. The restaurant in the hotel was great - delicious Lebanese food Another lovely restaurant / ice cream parlour / patisserie round the corner and safe to walk to :-)

I loved the large room with the sofa and kitchenette with the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was also very comfortable. And it was quiet too. I liked the movie selection on the TV too. I loved the outdoors setting around the restaurant and pool. I swam in the pool, and the water was warm, not cold. I also loved the lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool for nice relaxation. The view of the lagoon was breathtaking.

It would have been nice to get a tour of the amenities offered during our stay at check-in. We had to ask, where is the pool? Where is breakfast served? Where is the Cactus restaurant? Where do we get a towel for the pool? I didn't even know that Cactus restaurant was associated with our stay until the day before we left. I enjoyed their food menu more than the Lebanese menu by the pool.

The room was bigger than I had expected, and overlooked the lagon. Fantastic views. The staff were very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was great and had many varieties of food. Was able to use the gym at Black Diamond hotel, which was within the complex.

The bathroom shower needs upgrading. Had to request for white towels, rather than the mustard coloured ones. Towels were a bit worn out. The kitchen needed cutlery and plates.

Liked the rooms, it's set up similarly to a shortlet apartment (bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, and a bathroom). My room had a view of the lagoon so I put the balcony to good use just sitting there and watching the water.

There's a lot of room for improvement in their customer service. I had to call room service a few times before I was given drinking water and tea (these were supposed to be provided upon check in/or even before). Finally got these on the second day.

We spent 3 weeks at this hotel and it was superb. The view was awesome, the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The manager was awesome and very welcoming. This hotel is a 💯 💯💯💯. The size of the rooms will leave you speechless. You'll feel so comfortable and wouldn't want to leave. The dedication of the staff to make sure the hotel is clean is something else. They do their work with so much dedication. Breakfast was good too. I loved the sandwiches. Oh, the mushrooms👌. Thanks Chef you're doing great. You can have a wonderful breakfast with a superb sea view to ruminate on things ahead 😊 Please visit the cactus restaurant whilst you are lodged there. You will not be disappointed. It's two minutes walk away from the hotel or you can order in. Generally, this hotel gives you more than value for money. Trust me and they try their best to accommodate your needs, fulfill your request and meet your expectations. They exceeded my expectations walahi.

The only issue was their restaurant - Salman restaurant. The staff there were a complete contrast to those inside the hotel. They frown and dis at you for asking questions that will help you make a decision. They eventually ignore you. They were very very rude. We only went there thrice and each time we went during our three weeks stay, it was the same treatment.

The property had a nice upgrade that I wasn’t expecting since my last visit. The property is always clean and neatly maintained. Attempts made to upgrade facility are appreciated

I do not like the restaurant Salma’s . The staff are always friendly, however the inside facility is always freezing. I used to enjoy the menu but it has changed and is rather basic. The food that is offered is food that I can easily get in the States. And my cards never work! I always have to get my husband to do a transfer.

Location is great and a convenient launchpad to most parts of Victoria Island, Lekki and even Ikoyi. Staff were all pleasant and helpful without being obsequious. The room itself was large (setup as a studio), with a kitchenette which had a microwave, kettle and small refrigerator. Breakfast was decent with Nigerian dishes, cereal, fruit and a limited cold cuts selection.

Housekeeping forgot to empty trash in the living room after the previous guest. It was quickly resolved but should not have happened. I had a room overlooking the busy highway and even though I was on the 6th floor, traffic sounds were still incredibly loud.

The Manager showed empathy and allowed us checked out later than the hotel checked-out time due to our flight schedule. The sea view from the back is so beautiful. You have 3 choices of food from 3 affiliate restaurants in one building. Location is central. The room has a sleeping section, living room area and kitchen section which exceeded our expectations.

The staff are okay but can be more professional. For someone who has tasted good meals, breakfast can be better otherwise everything was okay.

overall the Hotel is good the breakfast is ok maybe be better the WIFI generally ok but sometimes it is not working the Value for the price is little bit high especially they have different exchange rete which is make the money is more that what I expect

The hotel is very clean. Customer services is excellent, the staff are very well trained to deal with customera patronising the service. The restaurant on site called Salma and the second restaurant called Cactus offer a lovely view of the ocean. The location is fantastic and the price is quite reasonable.
