Pleasant. Food excellent. Staff friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and cleaned on request. WiFi in the room was poor at best. Hotel security was visible and it felt a safe environment. Location was quite good. I will happily stay there again when next I'm in lagos. I have to add that a slight negative would be the smell in the corridors and lobby areas . Some form of air freshener should be applied to these areas as it takes quite a bit away from the hotel and that should not be too much of a big deal to fix. Would definitely make a massive difference. Finally, the pool area was too hot, possibly due to the green house gas effect. So ended up avoiding the pool area most times.

Nothing, really. Looked forward to the pool, which was actually quite nice and clean. Not bad at all. Just manage your expectations because if it's an Olympic size pool you want, sorry, because it's nothing even relatively close to that. Does the job, but nothing more.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were professional and helpful. I arrived quite early and expected that I'll have to hang around for a few hours before checking in (as I was already aware). However, the staff managed to get me an early check-in room and good discount for an upgrade. My room was very spacious, very clean and with a great comfortable bed. Breakfast was wonderful with loads of choices and options. WiFi connection was fast and reliable. Thanks to the entire team for making my stay comfortable. Would highly recommend this Park Inn Radission.

I had issue with hot water on the first day. However, this was immediately resolved as soon as I pointed it out to the staff. Other than this minor point, everything else was great :)

Good location. Great rooms. Great breakfast and coffee. Great air-conditioning. Great WiFi. Great facilities (although I didn't use them much). Courteous and professional staff. Exceptional General Manager - Rita Appiah!

Two minor things: The inside lock of the door to my room wasn't working properly and didn't get fixed in my entire 7 day stay, though I asked. The main downstairs entrance to the service apartments building should ideally be a secure, card-only access door.

The breakfast was very good. The location was also very good. Staff members were friendly and courteous.

Although they have a very friendly staff, the service left much to be desired. There was a lot of "I'm sorry" from staff members for things/services they forgot or failed to provide. For instance, one of the days during my stay, I had to ask multiple times and of multiple people, throughout the day before I eventually got extra towels (I was travelling with my wife and kids).

Location is perfect! Can get to all the restaurants and spots in a few minutes. Rooms are very nice and clean, Staff are amazing here! The most helpful group of people, they really went above and beyond. Daniel, Dennis, Kenneth, Ademola, Ronke, Jade and all the other staff there I can’t remember all the names!!

One room I saw a few little ants but they were able to get the issue resolved

The staff were super friendly and very responsive to requests, e.g, we had an issue without shower and it was fixed within the hour. The location was great for different restaurants, lounges and clubs.

Food service was quite long and no ventilation in the bathroom. But this www not a significant issue for us, the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Excellent stay with attentive and kind staff. Very clean and functional room. Great breakfast and restaurant with nice local option (though expensive).

Wifi could have been better - it was on and off throughout my 5 day stay. The handset on the room phone was really smelly probably wiped down with damp cloth. Laundry comes back smelly - may want some maintenance on the dryer.

Excellent staff all round. From those that welcome you, to those that come to clean the rooms and those that bid you farewell... Very friendly and they really make you feel at home

the flooring of one of the rooms that i stayed - however i was subsequently upgraded.

Variety of food choices and service was fantastic! Extremely helpful and friendly.

Extra charge for using a credit card- although they claimed it does not charge- I still ended up paying more than expected.
