I absolutely loved my stay at the Radisson Blu on Victoria Island! The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and packed with so many amenities — you honestly don’t need to bring a thing. The design is beautiful, perfect for photos (Instagrammers will be in heaven!). The service is impeccable, and I felt completely safe thanks to their top-notch security. The pool area is perfect for dining outdoors while enjoying a stunning view. Speaking of views — every room has something special to offer, whether it’s the seaside or even the backside with its lush trees. Truly a 10/10 experience! I would also like to give a special thank you to Akin, who was my waiter and treated me exceptionally well. He was very polite, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond.

The ambience was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful Staffs. The food was great but can be better. More options will be better. Executive room with the lagoon view was absolutely beautiful. I loved waking up to see the Fisher men fishing and the sun come up. The bed was clean and comfortable.It was nice having a relaxing swim in the pool with calming music. The staff kept making sure we had anything we wanted/ needed and very genuine- we felt well cared for.

I would have like a life band by the pool Or some form of entertainment night specifically weekend nights for couples.

My room was fantastic: with a view of the lagoon. It has a bay window: great for hanging out to work (which I did) or just relaxing with a book. The room was clean and comfortable, complete with amenities The staff was courteous and helpful; an issue came up but was resolved with the manager. Breakfast and Sunday brunch were delightful: a lot of choices The whole experience was just great - like a mini holiday although it was not my intention.

A few small things that can be addressed: Mini fridge in the room was not cooling; indoor entertainment was just too loud for my liking. I've given a feedback to the manager which he took well.

The staff were very attentive, buffet service at breakfast, and dinner was an extensive array of different varieties of food, great for almost all tastes. The staff had a cake in our room as a surprise to celebrate our wedding anniversary, very thoughtful thank you. We went for a swim in the nicely sized pool (not too deep), the temperature of the water was just perfect! It was a nice day away from home which is what we wanted!

Not specific to the hotel. However, I wish businesses on the stretch of the water can come together to try and clean up the lagoon. The water is quite dirty, and a concerted effort to clean it up would be great for business and the planet, too!

Breakfast was excellent, lovely selection and superb staff. We really felt welcomed and looked after. It is a lovely hotel with beautiful sea views. What stood out most were the staff, they were attentive, friendly and very good at their jobs.

The only thing we didnt like was the bathroom in the bedroom. It was poorly designed so it felt a little cramped. The toilet was located close to the door and with the glass it felt as though the toilet was in the bedroom! Overall it was adequate for our needs but felt a little old and tired.

Everyone at the hotel was really nice even though the first hour when we arrived, we had some bad experiences however, Godwin came through to save the day and even upgraded us to another room.

Excellent warm welcome, efficient check in, and delicious food. Oh, did I mention spotless rooms, luxe bed linen, and fabulous decor and diverse food options.The lagoon view upgrade well worth it if you can. Excellent stay. I'm returning with my family. Difficult to name everyone but Banjo on front desk a joy, Ejiro in restaurant. The staff made a short break a mini holiday. Staff, service, facilities and overall guest experience tops. Comparable with many globally, so expats and returning diaspora should try this place first.

The view was beautiful!!!

The bathroom shower was nasty with dirt all over the grout lines. They had rusty shower head with cracks all over. VERY slippery shower floor the shower floor is a safety hazard and it has that weird half shower door thing which I still don't understand. The drain was slow.

The buffet breakfast was really nice, they had a variety of options, vegan meals , African meals, continental meals, Keto meals. It was a lot. Food was tasty and staff were helpful. The rooms were sparkling clean. The gymnasium is probably the best I’ve been to, it’s fully equipped and the air conditioners in there are very efficient. They have freshly laundered towels for use, they serve drinking water in there as well, the toilets at the gym are super clean. They even have a censored waste bin that you don’t t need to touch to trash stuff. The staff are very warm helpful and accommodating. They gave me this beautiful kids bed for free. Check out was very stress free. Location is accessible, cool and very organized. The balcony is so cool and nice for pictures. The lobby is also very beautiful, a lot of fancy artwork. Overall Radisson blu is excellent.

The floor tiles in the bathroom need to be polished

The location: very easy to get to Victoria Island and Ikoyi. The proximity to Hans and Renee was an added bonus. They also had very courteous staff, always happy to help with even the smallest things.

It could have been much cleaner on day 1. It got better after room service came to clean the next morning.
