Top cleanness, super comfy bed, they upgraded my room for extra comfort. Great safety (which is a critical aspect of the country). The staff was amazing, kind, smiling and welcoming. The products in the bathroom are top quality (shampoo, conditioner, etc.).

Not possible to decide the level of A/C (I could only switch it at 21C on or off). The breakfast (and food in general) was low/average.

There are so many things to like about the hotel; the ambience of the hotel, the staff, the view, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the location (u can access everything and everywhere in Victoria Island, Lekki and Ikoyi easily from here)

The breakfast. There was variety, but the food was bland. Also, the vanity kit in the bathroom lacked several items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc. You need to call and make a request specifically for any item u need.

The hotel location is a bit tucked away from the main building which unknowingly was perfect for us. The building is extremely quiet, private and out of the way. Which is perfect for us! The room was extra large with a large window, perfect for natural sunlight. Overall lovely.

There was no mini bar.

The staff - from the receptionist Arije, to the porter Ademola and the manager Elias - all very friendly. Will definitely be staying again - overall very pleasant time due to their hospitality.

The main restaurant is in need for a dire refresh

I love especially the staff. The staff was especially available, very friendly and very attentive at all times.

The hotel conditions and cleanliness. I saw broken elevator parts stored along the corridor. The outside aspect of the hotel was not so pleasant, it could be better.

Breakfast was great, room was ok and the wifi very good.

You only have limited devices that can connect, and you are not informed at the desk. Also, the description of the location of a specific hotel on site is quite ineffective, given there are four hotels in one location.

The location was superb and the staff were ever so helpful and polite especially the bell boys and Mr Sanmi at the reception. The female receptionist (can’t remember her name) was extremely helpful too.

It was quite pricey and the food was not good value for money.

I like the fact that there are various restaurants so that there is always a choice.

It was a pity that the swimming pool was not open due to works.

The staffs are kind and served warmly. The breakfast is a local specialty. And the WIFI is good.

I couldn't figure out how to turn off the bedside lamps in the room at first. It's no big deal.

The customer service is exceptional. Keep it up

Food at the buffet should be warm at all times. I recommend the use of constant warmers.
