The staff were very professional and helpful, the ambience of the hotel, rooftop bar and restaurant and breakfast area were wonderful. The anticipation of our needs and response to our requests were attended to promptly.

NOISE! The construction was horrible in the morning. The windows are not noise cancelling so if you have a room closer to the street side, you hear cars and that is not very relaxing. THEN THE WORST part was the drumming and band outside, it was way too early while we were sleeping, and kept happening throughout the morning. I think once is enough after midday the day or at most twice a day. It was really unpleasant and highly annoying.

It smelled so good. I am big on scents and they got this one right. It’s clean, well kept and the bidets are just perfect,every hotel should have this!

The bathrooms are a bit tiny and the toilet water came out brown sometimes. It may be the city’s fault but if they can do something about that

Breakfast was exquisite and it had a lot of variety. I must be honest it’s one of the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. The spread was really great, and the food was tasty and nicely seasoned. I give the breakfast 9/10

The hospitality staff could do much better and pay more detail in ensuring the rooms are cleaned and well stocked.

The facilities were great and of high quality but the staff and service were top notch! From their eagerness towards my comfort to being accommodating with modifications.

I think I would have appreciated a brochure or some walkthrough at checkin of the available facilities. I didn’t know where some facilities were and my stay was intended to be a small retreat so I didn’t explore but I would have liked to be aware.

The property is beautiful both inside and out. It is very contemporary and spotless. The staff are polite, efficient and friendly. A special thanks to Esther the receptionist and Rachel her manager who made our stay so pleasurable. I will definitely stay at the Delborough on my next visit to Lagos .

The ambience, the warmly welcoming staffs, the food, the serenity, extreme great service ! I had issues with the room’s wifi, and they made sure it was connected, tried every possible thing to detect why and made sure I got WiFi connected back to my room! That for me is a solid 10 putting customers comfort first! I love it

Would have been awesome to have a bigger space for breakfast. Also the rooms would be great if they had a bit more space.

The fact that the bathroom was tight. Sitting on the WC, my leg kept hitting against the wash basin. Secondly, for a hotel of that standard, breakfast should be buffet and not on order. Also, the breakfast choices were limited. Finally, the television should be a smart TV in this modern era.
