Was really tidy, staff were great. I felt very welcomed. Breakfast was great, staff were attentive. I couldn’t really ask for more.

I was paying in dollars and they calculated the conversion incorrectly so had to pay more the following morning. The prices shown on menu are not in fact the prices they charge. A chapman that was supposed to be 7500 was 9650.

My stay at the White Orchid Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The interiors were even better than the pictures—luxurious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The rooftop, pool area, and restaurants were absolute highlights, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and sophistication. The attention to detail in every aspect of the experience truly stood out. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lagos, and I can’t wait to return. Exceptional work by the team!

At the beginning of my stay at the White Orchid Hotel, I found it a bit odd that a few staff members asked if I was a guest. This happened for 3 out of the 8 days I was there. It felt unnecessary and slightly rude, leaving me wondering if they’re not used to seeing young women as guests. This is something they might want to work on to improve the overall guest experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was bribed by some corrupt "migration officer". While not crossing any border, I needed to show my visa. I had left that at the hotel. Long story short: I called the hotel, gave the code of the safe and explained where they could find our visa. The staff took a picture of it and sent it to me. This saved me from the bribe. There was also a lot of money and other stuff in the safe. The personnel of the White Orchid didn't touch anything. They were so correct and helpful. I want to give a big shoutout to everybody in this hotel. If I ever go back to Lagos, I will stay there again. Our sta was just perfect.

The breakfast was all teh time the same and we needed to go to another building for the pool. A very nice pool though with great pizza service.

The property was adjoining Ebony Life Theatre, this gave access to restaurants, bar and pool area. The pool would be available late nights, and all chargers for facilities room. The hotel was located at the well known Adetokunbo Ademola street in VI just opposite the Eko Hotels entrance and provided a suitable base from where I could go about my business during my stay in Lagos. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel for this and other reasons such as the quiet ambience and the fact it was a boutique hotel with great food and excellent staff.

On arrival at the hotel I was advised by the staff that they could not find my booking on their system and that the hotel was fully booked which led me to have a mini meltdown about this mix up as I would have been stranded. However Blessing, the supervisor at the hotel reassured me that the mix up would be sorted and true to her words they managed to sort it all out and I was able to check in as normal at the hotel. Next time I will ensure any future reservations are confirmed directly with the hotel before arriving.

I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic experience I had during my stay at your hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional service throughout my visit, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The WIFI was excellent. I was especially impressed with the customer service received from all staff to name a few being Christian, David, Damiola, the security men and management (Samson). The breakfast was lovely, only thing I’ll suggest is to include jugs of juices complimentary with the breakfast for guest to take themselves. The team’s professionalism and hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family and look forward to returning soon. Thank you once again for making my stay so memorable!

The location is fantastic. It is situated directly opposite the Eko Hotel and just a two-minute drive from Eko Atlantic City. The rooms have a unique feel, reminiscent of Cappadocia, Turkey, and everything in them functions perfectly. The staff are exceptional, from those serving breakfast to the receptionists, door assistants, and even the security personnel at the entrance, all of them are wonderful! In the same complex as the hotel, you'll find Ebony Life Cinemas, which includes more than two upscale restaurants, a rooftop bar, and an AfroBeat Lounge. I would also like to give a special mention to Gift, one of the customer service and reservation agents at the hotel. Gift is incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and provides outstanding service.

The buffet breakfast doesn't have a wide variety, however, its tasty and serves the purpose.

I’m going to start this review by showing my appreciation to the staff, they were all very welcoming, approachable, professional, attentive and have 100 parents customer relations, and they were very helpful, a special appreciation for Ezekiel who was always on the go from helping new arriving customers while also attending to our needs, nothing is to much for him, I believe he’s a gem to the White Orchid Hotel. All the staff from the gate staff to the receptionists, the restaurant staff and the housekeepers were all doing a WONDERFUL job! The hotel: The moment I walked into the reception I knew I had picked the best hotel to stay in Lagos, it was beautiful, the decor reeled me in, it gave me a sense of culture in every corner, the atmosphere was calming and quiet, the room was beautiful and matched the vibe I was going for, I love how spacious the bathroom was and how everything you could possibly need was there and so was the bedroom. The restaurant: Oh my, the foods was well presented and was delicious, there was so much to pick from, not only that, they served different foods every single day, it made me look forward to what would be served the next morning, the watermelon and pineapple juice was to die for and the staff paid attention to my likings that they were ready to serve me the juice the next day, I appreciate that. I really had an amazing time at this hotel and it will forever be the hotel I stay anytime I’m in Lagos.

The customer service was exceptional 👌. The breakfast buffet was very good with many good options. The location was very good with lots of restaurants nearby in Ebony Place. And the bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool and deck area were very nice.

I didn't like the time I ordered a glass of Merlot wine from the Turkina restaurant, and the waiter told me it was not available. He asked if I wanted Cabernet Savginnon instead. I said yes. I didn't know until I got the bill that the Cabernet was N19,000, compared to N9500 for the Merlot. I should have been informed of the price difference before I ordered. I mentioned that to the waiter. He later apologized.
