My husband and I stay here most times when visiting Victoria Island. Everyone was amazing, as usual. From the owner to the cleaning staff, the service was exceptional. This is my go-to whenever we visit this area of Nigeria. The rooms are nice sized and decorative. The room service is great and the breakfast has many options and if you don't see what you like you can always ask if it's available. The bar has a good selection of mixed drinks, and I even created my own drink. Overall, I loved my stay here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming.

Property is at very good location, front desk staff is good and cooperative, Rooms and Bathrooms are well cleaned, Bed is comfortable

Toilets is not comfortable for Indians and Tap Mixture (Hot and Cold Water) is not working properly. For vegetarian I not suggest to book this hotel with meals, and not like service of restaurants staff.

1. Delicious food all round, with good/ filling serving portions. 2. Great staff, including the manager. Top notch customer service. 3. Lovely room and space with inner lighting. 4. Best duvet and sheets ever used. 5. Good in house spa service 6. Functional pool and not too cold.

1. The water problem was not fixed within the time frame given making showering unpleasant. 2. Hot water did not run at all. 3. Towels are very old and not white anymore.

Check-in was fast. The staff are polite and proactively helpful.

Bathroom needs refurb. I was disappointed at the toilet seat falling off. We got back after a night out and the room we securely locked was open like someone looked through our stuff.

everything was just perfect. The staff are so friendly and quick to help with anything. I stayed here with my little boy, and for families I would say this is the best hotel by far! clean, and location is just great. from check in to check out, I’d rate this 10/10! Infact I didn’t want to leave! first time staying here, and a regular to Nigeria, this hotel will now be my only one!

Quaint hotel. relatively quiet, very comfortable bed, spacious room with essential facilities like dual type equipment charging points and a tea tray. Good breakfast. Kind staff. A real value-for-money hotel on Victoria Island.

Damp in the bedroom air. Slow response to request - like resolving a blocked washhand basin, and getting a bathtub stopper. The door to my room needs upgrading. Going out, I couldn’t lock it without help.

Nicely appointed rooms, clean toilets. Comfy beds. Nice workplace.

Internet was iffy and A/C tripped a couple of times but I suppose these are momentary issues. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired

Breakfast was good but a bit boring. YOu get mostly the same thing everyday but enough variety if you are not staying for a long time.

Lighting in the room can be better around the work area but generally okay

The room was excellent. The bed was also excellent

Day 1 breakfast was horrible as the staff left basically nothing for those of us that came in around 9.30am not until we started complaining bitterly before they brought out food for the guest. That was really rally bad and almost spoilt my day. Day 2 Breakfast was good but maybe because i got there around 8.10am

Food was excellent with a good choice of different types of food. The staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Special shout out to Morgan. The room was large and very comfortable.

Issues with our television because of poor connection. More towels in the bathroom would have been my preference.
