The hotel has enough parking space..the staff are really nice and friendly...I had a minor issue with my room and immediately they took me to another room...the hotel manager is always readily available to attend to any request... Their services are really fast and impressive

The room was quite spacious, the staffs were very friendly and clean.

There isn’t an elevator for those on top floors.

The staff provided excellent customer service, upgrading my room at no extra cost, which was a fantastic value. The room was clean, well-maintained, and functional. The complimentary breakfast, although a limited option, was tasty.

"Occasionally, some noise from the bar made its way into my room, but it wasn't a major issue for me."

Bathroom drain at 106 should be fixed..all clogged up.

Pamilerin is an outstanding staff member who truly understands the hospitality business. She anticipated my needs even before i asked and provided excellent service. I originally stayed at another hotel but decided to move to Presken Hotel - and it was definitely the right decision!

The staff were professional and responsive. Very prompt response to requests. The hotel is quiet and I had just the peace and silence that I wanted.

The water quality is not good. I could smell chlorine when I showered. The hotel management needs to do better with that. Maybe an industrial borehole if non existent and good water treatment system. The breakfast was also very poor. Allow options and add fruits at least.

Staff was friendly and flexible with changes. Big beds, with big rooms and staff always available to clean the rooms and room service was prompt. Location is perfect being very central to everything on the island. Parking available with 24hour security.

The localisation of the hotel is perfekt - you can even walk to the VI. Room was comfortable and big. Reception stuff was really helpful and flexible. Cleaning service worked good as well. Food was tasty.

Sometime we had to wait so long for food or service.
