Very good value for money. Lovely location, accessible location & comfortable bed.

Although it is a Nigerian thing, the entrance gate to the estate is locked 🔐 at 8pm, & even for pedestrians, there is only one entrance gate to the estate after 8 pm, which is at the far end of the estate. There is no lift in the building. You have to get the staff to get your luggage to the 1st & 2nd floor and not suitable for a disabled person.

The hotel is in a good location, although the road construction caused a bit of traffic at rush hour. The hotel is in an estate, and the gate closest to the hotel gets locked at 8pm. So if you come back late, you'd have to access the hotel through the main gate. I liked the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception were kind and welcoming. They attended to all my request. I commend Anthonia and her Supervisor. I also loved the fact that the security men help you wash your car everyday, so it was lovely going out with a clean car throughout my stay.

The Restaurant staff could do with better training, you sit at the table waiting for breakfast, and no one cares if you are there or not till you call them to attend to your needs. The breakfast was too bland. Could do with a variety of options on various days. And the portions were so small that you'd think you're in a boot camp. I also did not like the fact that I could not use the shower, it had a breakage so I was constrained to use a bucket. The water was also hard, although clean. If these can be worked on, it would have been a perfect stay.

I loved a lot of things about the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The response time to phone calls to the reception was top notch and the electricity and other facilities were good. There was also free breakfast and all the meals were great. The location is also very quiet so in the midst of the Lagos chaos, the peace of the location almost resembled home. One thing that stood out for me however was their great service and commitment to ensuring that my stay was comfortable. Towards the end of my stay, the AC in my room stopped working properly and once I called the reception, the maintenance team came up swiftly and although the issue kept reoccurring, for everytime I called the reception, the maintenance team was quick to respond until the root of the issue was found and fixed. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was no unified WiFi just different routers. So although there was free WiFi, by the time I went to my room, the WiFi signal was not visible.

The fact that it was at a good location and close to where I had work stuff to do .

I think they can do with a little refurbishing. They need a stair way carpet to reduce the sound of footsteps. The bathrooms need to be looked at cause it’s kinda old and rusty . The hotel needs some sorta sound proof as it is located at a residential area .

The breakfast was nicely done. I liked the fact that we had kettles in our rooms to boil water for tea and the fridges were working. The location is prime and the environment was clean, the staff professional and helpful. All in all, it was a good experience.

The electricity situation could be better. Light went off almost every 10 minutes though the generator usually kicked in pretty fast.

The porters, kitchen, resturant staffs were excellent. always willing to help and check if i needed anything.

Some of the front desk staff and guys at the gate are quite rude

I loved the location due to the proximity.

The bathroom for one and the room had a cigarette leftover smell. Also the WC in the bathroom was stained. Finally, it was a nightmare getting to the hotel at night if one isn’t mobile(car) due to the fact that the gate close to the hotel is locked too early

Almost everything was excellent. From the receptionist to the manager room, facilities. It’s perfect for people who likes serenity.

There are mosquitoes in the room. Beside, the management could team up with residents to find solution to the stagnant water in the gutters, it’s polluting the environment.

The hotel is in a good location because it was close to my place of activities, The staffs where very accommodating and friendly. I really do enjoy my stay there. I will recommend the hotel to friends/family cos it was like home to me. Chacha & Tonia were always available to help out, their customer service is outstanding 💯

It's awesome and it's very affordable, the room is clean and very neat everything is very good and I also enjoy the swimming pool, the room is noise free and very quite, the lady at the reception is very professional and she is ready to attend to everything you ask her about she is very helpful, most of the staff are also good, I recommend it for anyone who wills to have a noise free stay and enjoy everything you ever think off, food,laundry,pool house keeping a d more
