I loved what the hotel offered, we were a large family group so we rented the three bedroom apartment and couple of rooms which I can say were quite spacious and the layout was workable for us. The serenity of the communal area, the lounge, restaurant and the open seating area provided comfort and enjoyment for all ages, my children really enjoyed the leisure space. The food offered was also delicious and value for money. The staff and management were quick to help when needed. I will recommend Proof hotel for families looking for a hotel in Lagos that offers inner comfort because everything you need is within your reach.

The room was spacious and beautiful. We had a room upgrade so I think that’s the perks of the upgrade

There was construction going on at that time so the noise was a little distracting

Breakfast was nice and the bed was really comfortable, staff were very friendly

Pool was out of service and i was really looking forward to swimming during my stay.

They breakfast was awesome! It was a buffet with reasonable varieties present. I ordered poundo and vegetable the previous day and it was amazing also. The staff were courteous and intentional about good customer service, especially the staff at the restaurant/pool bar. The environment and the rooms were beautiful and clean. It's a nice place to stay.

The room was too small and the shower was faulty. It was so small that I couldn't open the fridge properly as it was too close to the bedframe. I asked for a room change immediately but they refused, the guy said because we've sat down on the bed and housekeepers have closed (ridiculous right?). So he promised to change the room the next day and they adjusted the fridge placement. Next day came and they were still stalling about the room change as at 2pm, so we had to check out of the hotel to a more comfortable place.

I love the hotel area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There's not sockets in the bathroom.

Delay in POS payment...t appears machines were either faulty or the network was poor.

The Reception and hospitality

The Room( Restaurant) services were very very poor. What you order is not what you get at times.The Staff taking the orders dsn't relate correctly to the kitchen
