The staff were amazing. Everyone here had a good amount of positive vibes, respect, duty of service and they all seemed to love their job. The kitchen staff were incredible. The chef was always on point. The staff of the week for me was Ifeanyi. Oh, the driver of the Keke Nape made the day for my partner who had never entered one in her life.

The hotel is new, but you can see aggressive wear and tear in the bathroom and furniture in the restaurant. The bed was also too hard for me. I asked for a different room but was told I would get the same bed type. Maybe offer other options for people who don't like hard beds. I felt like I was sleeping on concrete.

Breakfast was very nice. The rooms are nice and are cleaned often. AC was a bit funny at times, but then they take light too often for them not to get bad Overall a nice place to stay

The fact that I had to go 100m away to checkin, then walk back to the rooms. What if I didnt have a car or driver. No parking space at accomodation, you basically sometimes have to park outside which does not offer a lot of privacy

The staff were so friendly and the customer service was really good. I was able to meet the manager Gina and directly contact her if I had any issues. There were a few hiccups initially but she resolved them instantly. Will definitely be staying there again

You can hear the music from the rooftop at night so it’s very hard to sleep at night

Its a perfect Hotel in Lagos

Breakfast appear to be quite a spread, but after a day or two, it becomes boring. I booked a two guest breakfast, but between booking.com and Vertigo, it was posted as one because I was the only guest registered during booking. That was not right at all. all in all, the rooms were very nice and clean, the staff are very good and helpful.

The fact that I had to go and check in at Blowfish and then come back. It just makes the experience a tad below standard. Also, there is absolutely no room at the lobby on the ground floor, and it is too dark most of the time. A bit of light will make it less freakish.

Rooms and clean and well lit. Internet works reasonably well. The staff are cordial and helpful.

One of The elevator is epileptic and sometimes causes delays in getting out of the building. Still don’t like having to check in a few buildings away Lots of trouble with public power supply and generators were being switched to a lot but fairly promptly Breakfast can be boring if you are staying beyond three days.

i really enjoyed the comfort coziness and elegance of the rooms...the staff were exceptional; they made feel comfortable and were very friendly they were also very helpful especially: Sidney, David, Desire from the restaurant and Emmanuella. having breakfast was really nice and there was variety. also the prime location of the hotel.

the Wifi could be better also maybe they could have a mini bar aswell as microwaves in the rooms (suggestion)

I didn't click the breakfast option when booking...unawares. I woke up on my first morning there and went up to the restaurant for breakfast 😃 I got a free serve, even after they confirmed i wasn't listed for breakfast with my booking. 😘 One can't forget such good gestures
