They should stop deceiving people with the price on booking.com because the price on booking.com in different from what you pay when you get there. They even charge you high that is not fair at all

I love the staff. From the doorman , housekeeping all the way to the management are all great in their duties. They go the extra mile to assist a customer .A particular housekeeping guy stopped what he was doing to help me bring down my luggage from 4th floor to the lobby. It seems as if they are all trained very well.

The room service guy came with a non working hand-held pay machine in two different situations. That kept me waiting for some time .I was tired of it.

Your staff may not always know the answer to a question, but they attend to you with a smile and are extremely courteous. This will guarantee you repeat visits from us all.

Your front office/reception staff are sometimes curt or brash. This is not good especially since this is the team that you deal with before you check into the hotel. I suspect that if you provide them with some chairs to sit on they will not be so tired and you will find that they become more pleasant to deal with.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Marriott Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos, and I wanted to share that I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and I found the location to be very convenient."

I'd like to provide some feedback regarding the service during my stay, particularly in Idapo Lounge. On multiple occasions, I experienced delays in the service provided by the waitstaff. It often took quite some time for them to come and take our orders, and the food orders themselves would take nearly 45 minutes to be ready. This was not an isolated incident; it happened more than three times, not only to me but also to my colleagues. I would recommend providing training for the waitstaff to enhance their customer service and approach to guests."

Breakfast was really good, very good staff, I can remember Mr Wale, Ms Olivia, Ms Loveth, Mr Odedele, Mr Linus and also Mr Gbenga at the reception.

I didn't like the fact the staff at the underground car park had to put on ties and tuck in their shirt, that place is very hot and they are at an increased of heat stroke. I feel it is inhumane. They can wear light clothings , may be a short and T shirt customised with the hotel logo and if possible a lanyard on for ID.

The breakfast was good and had varieties.

The hotel did not give preference to guests residing in the hotel. On my arrival date, there was an event holding at the hotel, I expected as a check-in guest to be given priority to park at the hotel car park, but was refused and told to park outside the hotel premises. It took the intervention of senior staff to clam the situation that afternoon. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever heard arriving a hotel of such rating.

It looked very clean, nice aesthetics, very modern. I’m big on clean rooms and bathrooms and I was not disappointed.

Even thought the aesthetic was nice, the bathroom fittings showed signs of ageing . The bathroom sink was no longer white, had brown stains that showed ageing. The bath tub also had marks and stains that indicated it might benefit from changing.

Location was great. Modern vibe and staff were lovely. Great restaurants onsite too.

As modern as my room was, there were a few things that needed attention in the shower for instance. Just a higher expectation of cleanliness required at this price point.
