The courteous staff, right from the gate house. Accessible.location too, and yes, good.pressure from the shower!

The bed, it is ok for one night, if spending three nights, there is bound to be body ache.. Mattress seems too too soft and pocky. Triple room is best for a couple due to space constraints as the King size bed occupies most of the room

I didn’t like that one of the 2 rooms that was booked on booking.com had been given to another person before we got there so we had to start the booking process all over again and make another choice that wasn’t the initial plan.

their warm welcome and accommodating behavior was exceptional, the breakfast was attend to as early as possible i was woken up with the call of what i would love no noise or disturbance, and the most interesting part is their customer service it is perfect i will recommend that hotel to people is a good place to relax

I recently stayed at Posh Hotel and Suite and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional improvements. It seems that there might have been a change in management, as everything from the luxurious rooms to the delectable food has drastically improved. The attention to detail and the overall experience truly exceeded my expectations.

Everything startling from the staff except the Kitchen. Expensive and Time Consuming in getting the order delivered

Quite area, no noise

No night club, I love night clubs for fun, the hotel food is too small for adults and the price is too expensive according to reported, you guys need to increase the food quantity bite

I liked how neat the room was.

I think the light issue. The light was constantly going on and off. That's the only issue I had, asides that, everything else was on point.

The location was near the airport and the community has security.

Poor customer service. If you request something, it would take forever to get it done until you persist in calling over and over. Initially, the room has no TV remote but later received one with a broken case. I was told some has gone to purchase a new one but never received any throughout my stay. See picture.
