At least there was an elevator, a relief. Spacious car parking space. The front desk and general customer service was ok. The room was spacious and clean. There were enough pillows 😁. Tea station available too

It was quite noisy due to the proximity of the room being close to the club or lounge. The bathroom doesn't have a shower head and a soap stand.

Joseph, he made my checking in more pleasant, Nnena and grace (not sure of the other name) kept me waiting at the reception and started gisting. The Joseph guy upgraded my room and walked me to the end point.

Receptionist acted like they doing u a favor

The room given was quite good, spacious and comfortable. The AC was so effective The Staff were good, very receptive and courteous. The complimentary Breakfast was tasty The location is very nice. Very close to the Lagos international Airport.

I couldn't get the remote to control the AC, from the bed. The complimentary Breakfast was only for one out of two of the occupants and quantity served was too small. Just covered quarter of the plate. Looks like that of 3 years old Child's meal.

The elevator although it stopped working at some point. And The pool is very nice. Food is very delicious if I’m coming back it’ll be because of the food. Kudos to the chef.

I loved everything except from the fact the the Jameson(big green) I bought I think it’s fake. It gave me and my boyfriend serious headache and Jameson has never had that effect on us because we take it regularly. A Please check it out. Thanks 😊😕.

Lovely spacious deluxe room, great central location. Nice poolside. There was warm water too from the bathroom. Would visit again! Reception staff and back office were welcoming and helpful (question mark on kitchen staff though)

Just one spare socket in the room, if you need another then you have to sacrifice the TV or the fridge. Food is rather expensive, ended up eating out most of the time I was there.

I love the environment, the location and friendliness of the staff, for sure I will visit again

I moved from 302 to 331 because the staircase was stressful for my wife to climb, honestly that room needs attention. The shower is not working well and the intercom not working

Stable light,24hours service perfect💋convinent parking space washing car before walking up💪 both receptionist,kitchen,restaurant are working perfect and smart they are not lazy even without elevator they are climbing stair case without complain

WiFi is not connect direct and we don't see password please work on that elevator

The staff are friendly they no their job, Cleanliness, the environment is so clean The room was excellent, the water hitter WiFi,AC and the bed, The swimming pool, I really have fun 😊

The lounge, My food was delay 😕 for one hour before I could eat fries and I think the fourth is from kitchen

oh those staff are very loving people and very nice especially the receptionist beautiful and elegant ladies their welcome smiles are contagious…..good food and very clean environment I will love to visit again.
