I enjoyed my stay because the environment was clean, safe and secured, the staffs were nice and helpful, I enjoyed the food from the restaurant and the complementary breakfast was nice and timely.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location was safe and in a nice estate, with lots of restaurants and vendors in walking distance. The pool was clean and the facilities were pleasant. Overall, the hotel was cozy and comfortable!
The wifi faded out sometimes, but was good overall.

Simplicity, Neatness, serene environment and had a pool
The cost. They used wrong USD rates of 1500 naira to $1, instead of 1240 naira to $1 which happens to make it much more expensive than normal.

Just that the water heater doesn't work when there is no power from the electricity grid.

The general ambience
The fact that hot water cannot be turned on from the room but you need to make a request. Also the hotel is too clean for them to give guests very old towels😒

It was clean The staff resolved an issue that made everyone happy. There is a pool..didn't swim though The room was spacious and bed comfortable Cable with my own decoder was a plus
The shower in the bathtub didn't cut it for me. No complimentary water and no toiletries apart from soap and tissue paper.
