I liked the location of the hotel close to the ocean. This is the biggest advantage of this hotel. The hotel service was reliable, professional and very nice. The downside that I cannot accept is one towel for 2 people, it is unhygienic and very unprofessional. Only once were we given two towels upon our request. The official information is that there is only one towel for a double room. There is a fungus on the ceiling in the room, which does not appear in the official photos. The hotel is very safe. The reception and restaurant staff were very professional, nice and helpful. Great people work there.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room and the lack of 2 towels for 2 people. One towel for 2 people is unacceptable to me in such a facility. The facility manager should pay attention to this if he wants to receive guests from Europe in his hotel, where the standard is 4 towels for 2 people, two small ones for the face and 2 large ones for the body. The room was cleaned only on our repeated requests.

I liked the quietness of the area, the low level of guests within the hotel, the fast attendance and wonderful service of the staff members (the lady on reception and the bar and kitchen staff especially). Even the clearners are very helpful and attentive. And so are the gate guards as well. The room was definitely value for money, the hot water, the aircon and wifi which works to a good standard. During my stay in Nigeria (being someone from abroad), I've stayed there twice in the same month (each time up to 4 days) and I have truly enjoyed it and made to feel welcome. This will be a place me and the person I was with have fond memories of and will continue to have. Thank you!

It was comfortable

My room was given out without my knowledge and they offered me another room which had a higher price rate. I was stranded so I had to pay for it and it was way above my budget. I would have liked to be sent an email or contacted through the app if they were unable to reach my phone for my arrival confirmation.

The price for the complimentary breakfast and what was served wasn’t worth it. They also had just 2 options for the complimentary breakfast. Food generally in their restaurant was too expensive. Their cable TV had limited channels which wasn’t what I wanted and even when I complained, it wasn’t attended to.

The room I was checked into, was smaller than what I'm used to at this same facility. The Staff didn't do much to get me a better room, despite my protest.

Everything, staffs are so friendly

The management are stingy, no tootbrush, no paste, no shower cap, no kettle in the room, no coffee, no complementary water. only positives are the staffs and the manager been so so friendly. i will surely come back.

Won't be coming back because of the front desk lady Jane. Very rude. The last time he called us mumu, this time around she banged the phone on us because we simply ask if we have breakfast. I wonder how she still work here.
