The ambiance, firstly set by the big bright numbers (33) at the front, leading through the private entrance gates, into the beautiful ivy-walled and well managed driveway. The receptionist was pleasant and the front desk area very inviting. The check in process was smooth and the room was pleasing, clean and spacious. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty!

The small balcony could have been cleared for us to enjoy it more. (There was an old ac unit taking up space). Not a big enough deal to affect a great hotel stay! We booked a second night.

i have most times don't believe reviews online, and this time I am also right. the hotel is one of the best if you are on budget, everything works fine. water, Ac and the staffs are well trained. the rooms are super clean, especially the bathroom.

Kettle should be in the room, tea and coffee too.. that's the minimum please. cheaper hotels offer that, i don't have to call the restaurant to have a tea. May be smart TV's too. A facility upgrade wont be bad.

I liked the location of the hotel close to the ocean. This is the biggest advantage of this hotel. The hotel service was reliable, professional and very nice. The downside that I cannot accept is one towel for 2 people, it is unhygienic and very unprofessional. Only once were we given two towels upon our request. The official information is that there is only one towel for a double room. There is a fungus on the ceiling in the room, which does not appear in the official photos. The hotel is very safe. The reception and restaurant staff were very professional, nice and helpful. Great people work there.

I didn't like the cleanliness of the room and the lack of 2 towels for 2 people. One towel for 2 people is unacceptable to me in such a facility. The facility manager should pay attention to this if he wants to receive guests from Europe in his hotel, where the standard is 4 towels for 2 people, two small ones for the face and 2 large ones for the body. The room was cleaned only on our repeated requests.

The food is what I enjoyed the most and the staff were such a good host. They paid attention to my needs.

The room 206 needs to be fumigated. The constant flies were unpleasant other than that, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The location was very good to the VFS Visa Centre and easy to locate The price was very good for the location and the value was good .

The room was clean but there was some little cockroaches seen in the room. The bathroom shower/heater shocks but the other facilities were okay

I enjoyed my stay, everything went well, the room is spacious, clean and super neat. staffs were helpful too. location very great. very budget friendly as well. will advice anyone with appointment at VFS to stay here or if you are on the island and on a budget.

Shower head was broken, but it got resolved quickly. We had to ask for a second towel both nights. The AC was leaking water on the floor.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms online,only to get there,i was told only 1 was avalable,i had no option than to book a more expensive executive room 50% costlier

The price for the complimentary breakfast and what was served wasn’t worth it. They also had just 2 options for the complimentary breakfast. Food generally in their restaurant was too expensive. Their cable TV had limited channels which wasn’t what I wanted and even when I complained, it wasn’t attended to.

I liked the quietness of the area, the low level of guests within the hotel, the fast attendance and wonderful service of the staff members (the lady on reception and the bar and kitchen staff especially). Even the clearners are very helpful and attentive. And so are the gate guards as well. The room was definitely value for money, the hot water, the aircon and wifi which works to a good standard. During my stay in Nigeria (being someone from abroad), I've stayed there twice in the same month (each time up to 4 days) and I have truly enjoyed it and made to feel welcome. This will be a place me and the person I was with have fond memories of and will continue to have. Thank you!
