There was a bit of hesitation when asking for a late checkout given the fact I’ve booked consistently at Legends for around four years. I think the staff did the best they could but there was no flexibility and in the end we found ourselves sitting in reception for an hour before we left for the airport. I think that’s very poor. This was even though I wanted to pay the extra money and wasn’t asking for a freebie.

* very convenient location close to the airport though it’s probably a little too far to walk over uneven surfaces with luggage * room was spacious and quiet with extremely comfortable beds * Molton Brown toiletries * very pleasant restaurant * helpful staff

* given that it’s a 5 star hotel and the location, it’s still expensive by Lagos standards * even the cost of having a hotel driver to take us to the airport was not cheap

This hotel is super secure and clean. The staff are amazing. Customer service was superb. More like they were trained by Americans. I got exactly the same service I’d get in the US and it was unbelievable. Staff went above and beyond to decorate my room for my anniversary despite short notice. The front desk team were amazing. Both night crew and morning crew. Breakfast is great. Being in this hotel felt like I was home in the US and I felt so secure. I will definitely be staying here anytime I visit Lagos

My room was super clean and comfortable. I liked how I couldn't hear the cleaning staff wandering around in the morning, which is usually a problem for me in other hotels. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I also enjoyed the view from my room. Overall, my stay was a nice little escape from the bustling streets of Lagos.

I ordered for a steak which I had to send back twice. However, the restaurant manager on the floor handled the situation quite well, and thankfully, it did not ruin my stay at the hotel. Another thing that would be fantastic is if Netflix, YouTube, and other similar services could be available for viewing in the rooms. The TV channel selection was mediocre.

Every individual staff from the lobby to the kitchen staff and pool bar to cleaners were perfect!!! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, Food was delicious, Staff was AMAZING! Thanks for your care and pleasantness on our final day with my rowdy twins and sick wife

Well presented, polite, courteous and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room, bathroom and other facilities. Surprisingly quiet, considering it's proximity to the airport. Great location, less than 10 minutes taxi drive from the airport

The staff were very welcoming, They went beyond to make our stay very good. Everyone even the kitchen staff. They all deserve medals. Thanks to all the staff on duty.

There's nothing to dislike. We had a great time in your hotel. We hope to come back whenever we are in Nigeria.

Excellent shower head; it is like bathing under a water fall. The bed is ultra comfortable for a great sleeping experience. Room temperature is wonderful. The in room dining restaurant food is pure enjoyable.

Pricey room that did not include free breakfast.

Can't find any wrong with this spot. Just fantabulous. Staff 100/10 Just amazing all round. Location 10/10. Comfort 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Quietness 10/10 Ice machine 20/10 Satisfying! Looking forward to my next visit....

Very clean and great ambiance.

Just one restaurant catering for both guests and non guest. I missed lunch because the restaurant was filled up and a rude staff asked me to wait around the side to have my lunch.
