Very friendly welcoming staff, fluent in English which was helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.charming location, must be lovely when warm enough to sit outside on the large terrace

Room was rather small, not a lot of space down one side of the bed. No hot water for tea. Shower head would not stay in place and Bath leaked onto floor. Rather tired in places

Superb location with our room having a view of the river and very comfy chairs on the decking for an after dinner glass of wine. For an old building the room size was good with a very comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant on site.

The shower in our room was quite small but that wouldn't prevent us staying again.

Nice old-fashioned, but clean hotel. The rooms were spacious. Bathroom was more than adequate. We had a room with 2 seperate beds and an extra bunk bed. The location close to the small villages modern centre with restaurants and shops was excellent. Wifi was good too, although not pasword protected. Breakfeast was very good, with lot's to chooes from and good quality. The owner is very friendly and we had got some coffee from here in the evening. I would definitely stay here again. Also a lot of buslines cross through this town.

Not much to think of. Maybe the shower head was a bit to clogged and could be replaced. Unfortunately we booked out of season and the hotel's restaurant was closed on mondays and tuesdays, cause we would have love to eat there.

The owners are lovely people who were very helpful. The staff food and service excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in the last 2 months of our travels. Comfortable beds , clean rooms and central to town- so glad we came and would recommend highly.

Very nice hotel that goes you a little in past. Clean and nice room, great view to the river, parking free and spacius outside the hotel. Very nice and helpfull Lady in the reception, Great breakfast!! RESTAURANT: i had one of my top fish-soups ever!!!

All good just shower was too small Self checkin with no one on site was weird but worked well - i just missed a note with some info

Super friendly Staff. The Hotel ist situated quiet at a little Lake that you can sit by in a terrace with a nice drink from the Hotel bar. E Vehicles can be charged in front of the Hotel for a flat rate of 200 NOK.

Very nice room with a wonderful lake view and mountains beyond. Coffee maker was a nice addition. As a budget solo bikepacker this hotel was priced a little above my comfort zone but the impressive buffet breakfast made up for the "discomfort". All good wholesome food.

The only thing I could find to dislike was, the hairdryer didn't work!

A fantastic family run hotel in the Norwegian country side. Friendly and helpful staff, superb breakfast and a tranquil environment. Highly recommended

easy system. Good beds. Dog friendly not to loud area. Would have loved to have the side towards the water.
