the unique design, the breakfast, the staff was nice and the surroundings great. also the dinner buffet was great although I missed some warm vegetarian dishes with protein.

I wished the breakfast could have opened earlier and the maximum of 3 dogs no matter of what breed. There’s such a difference between 3 small, non-shedding and non-drooling dogs and three big ones.

Nice location, clean and comfortable! Nice restaurant and food is delicious.

There are a lot of people in the restaurant and it is not always possible to eat when you want. I had to wait. One evening the staff sent us to eat at another restaurant in another hotel about 8-10 minutes walk.

Noise proofing is poor, maybe the establishment is old but we were woken by people passing in the late evening. We stayed for 3 nights. Not very good especially if you got a little one.

The hotel is very well located inside Dyreparken, perfect for those who want to spend the days at the Park. It´s modern and cozy. It´s a plus the mini fridge, to keep fresh drinks/some fruit, etc. The kids loved it and the overall is positive. Parking is available for free.

It´s a bit "over priced" (for example, breakfast is expensive, considering there are not so many options nearby, but the food is quite good, that´s true). The rooms are small and not cleaned during short stays. That was not a problem for us but this should be possible, as in most of all hotels around the world.

We had to stop it there before early morning flight from Kjevik. So location is perfect for that purpose - close to airport and shopping centers are nearby.

Shower was pretty small, doors could not be completely closed, I was afraid to splash water all over the place.

Was there with my dog - absolutely no problem. Only a small fee is to be paid for bringing a dog. The people I encountered there where very nice. I arrived very late but that was no problem at all. Best part of the hotel is its directly next to the Zoo so in the morning when you walk the dog you can already see Zebras and some other animals. Plus it's 6min (by car) away from a nature reserve where you can get lost for hours with your dog! Amazing!

Great location. Super close to the zoo and water park. Close to Abra havn which is some kind of pirate village/hotel, playground for kids. Nice to have a walk after dinner or a morning run. Good food in the restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner both days there.

The rooms are the smallest I've ever seen. They don't change the sheets or take out the trash or clean the rooms unless you stay more than 2 nights. I had to get the clean towels and trash bags from the reception by myself, which is ok, but lowers the marks though.

Had fun staying here... just minutes away from park and what is best is we can go in the dyreparken earlier than the opening time.. The staff are nice AND the hotel is a 100% CHILDFRIENDLY,. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WHEN YOU WANT TO VISIT DYREPARKEN.. YOU WILL HAVE A STRESSFREE VACATION😉

The hotel is located next to the Dyreparken zoo and amusement park. Hotel room was clen, bed quite comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel has elevator. Parking at the lot was free of charge - for foreign plate number cars. The breakfast was very very good.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was smart and clean. The buffet we had on the evening was excellent, the different meats were cooked to perfection, there was a large selection of accompaniments and a massive choice of desserts!!!!

It rained the whole time we were there 😒
