I asked for a quiet room and they fulfilled my request. It was very quiet in the evening and at night. There was steady pressure and temperature in the shower, with a setup that prevented water from escaping the shower area. There was enough space that we could leave our two suitcases flat and open (but just barely). Though reception closes at 7 p.m., they gave us a phone number to call if we were late. We actually arrived a little early and were able to check in anyway. To get back in the building after 7 p.m., a guest needs to tap their keycard on the side door keypad (not obvious). Luckily we made sure how to get back in before we left for dinner. It is possible to walk to the main tourist area if one doesn't mind a fairly long walk. There is a bike/walking trail right beside the hotel. Breakfast was okay (nothing special but satisfactory). The staff were nice.

There were no face cloths and no bathmat. The bed was a little too firm for me (I like a softer-than-average bed), but my husband thought it was fine. The pillow was too thick for me, so I used my own pillow which I travel with. My husband thought his pillow was fine. We were there on a sunny summer day, and the room was warmer than I liked most of the time. The hallways were a good temperature, though, so we left our room door open some of the time we were in the room. (We were at the end of a hallway, and a bit around a corner, so it still seemed private.)

this is a good clean hotel with helpful staff and a restaurant that serves good quality norwegian cuisine, stayed here before and I'm glad that I decided to stay here again.

Free and easy parking, clean and tidy room, large bathroom, good bed and nice breakfast

No fridge in room, few channels on TV and some did not work, no A/C in room (windows that could be opened and luckily it was cool evening due to rain, room was Hot on arrival).

The breakfast was fantastic!

The hotel had specific hours to register but it had a phone number to call if you arrived later. The staff was very helpful.

It would be nice to be allowed to open the windows.

Well maintained and clean. Everything you need. Breakfast had a limited selection, but all the essentials and good quality. Possible to buy affordable dinner.

Not a very charming, cozy or exciting hotel. Dinner left a bit to be desired, but reasonable quality for the price. (Do not order the chopped up steak, as it had a microwaved sogginess to it)
