Perfect location (1 min to the shopping street, 5min to the harbour, so really centrally located), room was equipped with everything you need (hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo), bed was comfortable. The breakfast (which is always included in the reservation) offered great variety for every taste, even for people with allergies.

For longer stays you have to bear in mind that the room will not be cleaned and towels only changed every 5 days. For our 1-night stay it was no problem, but I’m not sure how I would feel if we stayed longer.

I was quite pleased with everything at this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful at check-in, particularly as the tourist office was closed, and she gave me useful local information. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and provided in a large, relaxed room. The hotel also had a small but well-equipped fitness room, which was appreciated.

Really the only thing I didn't like was having an interior room, with no window to the outside. However, I may have gotten this room since I checked in early.

Good Hotel. Clean. Staff is friendly and available at the reception. Good breakfast. Got some take away for the night. Staff also provided cutlery to eat in my room. Staff also helped with directions to places I can visit.

The parking mentioned is not free (during the day). There is a paid parking available in the opposite building, 2 min walk away. You can also park outside for free between 5pm to 8am.

The hotel was located in quiet area, close to the water front, harbor and old town, everything possible on foot. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, everything was there, whatever one wants. Everything was clean and the staff was always very friendly.

The room and the bathroom should be decorated some day, it's a bit too old.

The staff was very friendly. My expectation from the hotel and the room were on spot, because the pictures and description of the room were realistic. Room was clean, any request was taken serious and the breakfast was great,

The rooms (neighbours) are pretty noisy, even when it's a simple sound like unplugging the phonecharger from the wall. Also the desk wasn't back-friendly. I was travelling for work and had to do some work on my laptop. After sitting for an hour, my back started to hurt because of the position I had to take.

Big room, breakfast served good variety of product with on average high quality. Very good location and fair value for money

Just one suggestion: include in the breakfast room a coffee machine with more hot beverage options like cappuccino, espresso, flat white. The espresso has to be taken at the bar for an additional price,.

Two best things: location and staff.

The layout of the room was somewhat uncomfortable - a touch too constricted and with lights, power plugs, toilet rolls etc. located in hard to reach spots.

Central location, great breakfast buffet, curteous staff, practical and clean room, clogged sink was promptly repaired, good value for money.

The only room window faced a hallway where guests constantly walked by and could not be opened.
