Wonderfully quiet resort. We felt very comfortable.

- The information in the house was only available in Norwegian. A resort with international guests should also provide informations in English. - Unfortunately, we were unable to charge our electric car! The wallbox only accepted a special Norwegian charging card or app. Again, there was no information in English. It should be possible to charge with various charging cards commonly used in Europe. Unfortunately, the charging option is not intended for European tourists from countries other than Norway.

Our accommodation, a spacious duplex cottage with three bedrooms and attached baths, was a true highlight of the stay. The cottage seamlessly blended modern comfort with rustic charm, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large windows allowed us to wake up to the sight of sun-kissed trees and the melody of birdsong. Each bedroom felt like a private oasis, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Farsund Resort's amenities were designed to enhance the natural experience. The outdoor pool, surrounded by lush greenery, was a refreshing retreat, while the spa facilities offered a tranquil space to unwind and rejuvenate. The resort's commitment to sustainability and eco-conscious practices was admirable. From energy-efficient initiatives to waste reduction measures, it was clear that Farsund Resort was dedicated to minimizing its ecological footprint. Farsund Resort is a nature lover's dream. The stunning location, coupled with top-notch amenities and a three-bedroom duplex cottage, exceeded all expectations. Waking up to the sounds of nature in a cozy cottage with attached baths was pure bliss. The resort seamlessly blends luxury with the surrounding natural beauty, creating a perfect haven. A stay felt like a rejuvenating escape into tranquility. Highly recommend for those seeking a crisp retreat amidst nature.

The cottage's fully equipped kitchen but for three families we need a moderate freeze with a freezer.

Lovely place that has everything you need for nice self catering accommodation. Rooms are simple but have comfy beds. Linen and towels provided and we're free of charge. Be prepared to have enough food and necessary staff with you as nearest supermarket is not close. The best feature is a sauna on water.

The location by the waterfront and views. Very pleasant sitting area on the terrace outside not overlooked by neighbouring terrace. Kitchen was adequate for a short stay.

No curtains or blinds in living room. Problem with non functioning key which was solved very quickly by cleaning personnel. We couldn’t get TV to work. Narrow car access at the rear of the flat to transport luggage. Meeting cars have to reverse.

Everything, it was very picturesque and a great start to our Norway trip

The only negative was the telephone number needs updating with the site number , we was panicked because our flight was rescheduled then delayed so we sadly only arrived at midnight, but we was worried we wouldn’t have a place to stay due to check in closed

The sea front houses were simply amazing because of the views and closeness to the sea. Stunning! The rooms had great beds, and overall it was everything we needed and wanted.

The reception staff could have been a bit more joyful. Polite but not adding to the experience.

Had a great week in Farsund. Nice place even though we were out of season. nice facilities and we got to try both the sauna and the fishing equipment that was available. The kids had a lot of fun and then the parents do the same :)

The location is amazing! Right on the water and lots of amenities. Its a 15 minute drive to both farsund and Lyngdal. Having the entire house made it feel more like home. Kitchen was well stocked. We ate at the restaurant and had burgers and fish and chips. Both were excellent!

spacious, nice and cozy. Very nice planned layout excellent stay. Best view with Sauna and Swimming , kayaking/ Sup, mini golf, fishing. Lovely rooms. Would definitely visit again

Couldn’t get hold of any fish after 4 hours of fishing efforts 😊

It was our second time staying at Farsund Resort. One of the best places we have visited in Norway. Highly recommended.
