Modern style hotel. Convenient location for a stopover to see the Puffins on Runde Island. Clean adequate size room with lounge chair and desk, closet, shelves, safe, refrigerator. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view of the harbor from our third floor room. Adequate size bathroom with a large countertop to put your bath items (a big plus). Small corner shower, but sufficient with good water pressure. Good breakfast buffet with large selection of food items. Nice dining area on the first floor.

Nothing negative to say, Thon is a budget hotel, so you can’t be picky. they provide the essentials.

Great hotel with clean rooms, plenty choices of meals for breakfast. Calm place, cozy ambience of the town. Recommended.

Only the girls who worked at the reception could have been more friendly. People ask the same questions upon arriving again and again, that should not be bothering for staff of hotel as that is their kind of job. Besides the staff at the canteen were the opposite. Thank you.

Very clean, quiet, modern hotel. Comfy beds. Room had a hot pot for coffee/tea, safe for valuables, and a small refrig. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel do $10 per day that you do all by app…we parked for free on the street about a block from the hotel and all was well. Breakfast was good to very good…quieter and “very good” on our second breakfast after a large tour group had departed! The front desk receptionists were very lovely…polite, efficient, and helpful in answering touristy type questions.

The shower in the bathroom was small.

Breakfast is great, but the comfort of the bed is the best, and i travel extensively with the branded hotel in APAC. Small but meaningful things like free capsule coffee anytime, and croissant when i check in makes all the difference. We have 3 in the room but still found spaciousness and the room facing the harbour is so pretty especially during the twilight. Best hotel ever in Norway and possibly everywhere else.

The hotel is conveniently located in the neighbourhood of Runde island. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect with a very noice view on the harbour. And the breakfast was excellent.

Very beautiful property. Great staff and comfortable common areas. Dinning room staff allowed us to have breakfast early as we had to leave at opening time. Exceptional.

Travelled for work and was close by where I needed to be, had the added bonus of having a sea and Mountain View which was unbelievable. See photos for proof. service at both reception and the restaurant was fantastic and equally the food which were fairly priced. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. The view was great as well, looking over the harbour and the nearby islands. Breakfast buffet was the best we've seen on our holiday, which may have been extra large due to us staying here on Sunday. They had about anything you can come up with. So it was more expensive than most other locations we stayed at, but it is worth it.

The sofa bed was a nightmare. The radio in the room ring at 7:00 waking us😟 Bathroom/shower didn’t work properly
