As we were planning on staying here for the two nights it was important that we could get easy access to restaurants and the location of the hotel is such that we could easily walk to a variety of dining opportunities. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the fact that the coffee is unlimited. The breakfast is served in a lovely sun filled room and there is also an outdoor dining option available..

The only thing that detracted from the rest of our stay was that the room was very hot and with no air circulation or fan available we found that we were not able to sleep as well as we would have liked - we did open the windows but the weather was uncharacteristically hot and so it made little difference !

Goof value for money. We stayed twice on our way to and back from Lofoten. It was great to have breakfast included, even if simple one. Staff was very friendly, we could even start breakfast before the starting time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Second one we stayed was a bit small but still pretty ok. Good to have free parking.

When we arrived first time all parking spots in the hotel were full. Staff then gave us instructions on where we could park and all went well. I dont know if it is possible but it would be great to have a shared kitchen. Anyway it was possible to get hot water and water from the breakfast room.

The first time we stayed at the hotel we were greeted by an envelope with our name on it and the room details inside it…. Whereas the second time we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who gave us a choice of rooms… we had no problem at all with the room that we were given the first two nights and so we elected to stay in the same room… The room is spacious and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was compact but effective… The breakfast was a very nice buffet style with the usual cold meats and cheese with a selection of breads that could be toasted if you wanted to.. I enjoyed the muesli with a good selection of yogurts and a danish pastry that was served warmed. There was also some boiled eggs and an endless supply of coffee … Breakfast was served in a lovely sunny room with the option of outside seating Ideally located just a 5 minute walk to the centre where there is a vast choice of restaurants … we really enjoyed our stay

The only thing that we found on the uncharacteristically hot nights was that the lack of an air conditioner or fan meant the room was very hot and even with the windows open it was still too hot to sleep well!

Good situation, free parking in front of the house, clean house and room, bed and bathroom ok at least in our room, friendly staff. Nice that in our room there was a wall between shower and the toilet seat and doors to keep the water close to the shower

The breakfast was a bit modest, the coffee machine broken and the breakfast room a bit hot. Did hear stomping to the room but it stipped early and did not disturb our sleeping.

I've stayed at Mo Gjestegård in Mo i Rana multiple times during my travels to North Norway, and it has consistently been a very nice guest house. Its downtown location makes it incredibly convenient, and the rooms and dining area are comfortable. The only minor downside is that the rooms located in the basement are slightly less preferable, so if possible, I recommend choosing rooms on the upper floors for a more enjoyable stay. Overall, it's a great choice for a comfortable and centrally located stay in Mo i Rana.

Pleasant atmosphere. Small but nice rooms.

The person at reception was not at all helpful.I asked him where to eat and what was there to do in Mo I Rana and he said that he didn’t know. I asked how to use the washing machine and he didn’t know. I asked where to dry the clothes and he said there was nowhere so I ended up with some very wet clothes in my room.

This small hotel is an incredible value. Clean room with a nice seating area and small refrigerator. The free breakfast was wonderful with nice coffee, caviar, eggs, meat, pastries, bread, cheese, juice and more. Great location to town. Highly recommend to others looking for a simple and affordable accommodation.

Lovely guest house. Very tastefully modernised. Comfortable room Spotlessly clean and fresh .Facilities to wash and dry clothes free of charge . Friendly proprietors . Good breakfast Excellent value for money . Close to Town centre and restaurants.

The owners were extremely helpful. My flight was going to be later than they were opened, so they arranged the key in advance for me - everything was as planned - the room was lovely and warm and VERY clean. I was made to feel very welcome. Thank you!

A very comfortable hotel, clean and with convenient parking.

The GPS might lead you to some road closures, but luckily, once you enter the community, there aren't many cars, and following other vehicles makes it easier to find your way. Just make sure not to turn off your GPS.
