We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxury mountain hotel, and we cannot praise it enough. From the warm and attentive service to the beautifully designed rooms and stunning mountain views, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The attention to detail and the personalized touches made this visit truly memorable. Compared to the same hotel’s location in Islamabad, this one felt much more intimate and personal, offering a unique charm that elevated the entire experience. While it may not boast the same grandeur or opulence as its Islamabad counterpart, the coziness and bespoke service more than made up for it.

My stay at Serena Gilgit was exceptional! The hotel offers top-notch amenities, the staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend Serena Gilgit to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed just one night but already loved this hotel chain, we booked the one in Hunza right after that. The most memorable thing is the staff, especially the reception lady who is very helpful and friendly. Room with balcony is a must, one can spend half a day sitting there just looking at the amazing mountain views.

There was an event at night and the music continued until midnight, soundproofing could be done better.

Responsive and great service. Food served at restaurant was delicious. Hot water was great and wifi was quick. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggages for a few days while we went to Fairy Meadows. Special mention goes to Ayla at the front desk who always had friendly smile on.

BBQ dinner got cancelled without informing guests. Toilet could have better ventilation.

A great mountain view with a nice garden. Breakfast is also good.

Room is a bit too small for family of three. The hotel is old and gives a great ambience but sometimes the floor squeaks in the guest room.

The views from the hotel, especially from the top floor restaurant, are exquisite. The garden is beautiful too. Everything was great. The staff was super helpful.

Everything was good. The city itself doesn’t have many places to visit. But if you go to Gilgit, Serena gilgit is a wonderful place to stay at.

one of the best place you can find in Gilgit, very historic place but well preserved. it has a lice lawn which you can see the snow mountian and enjoying a nice of tea under the warm bath of sun light..
