The staff , reception ,Personnel greeting message from the management wishing me a fabulous stay . The concierge was very helpful. In all this hotel is a little hidden gem. The reason i gave it a 9.5 was due to finding it hard to lock the door from the outside and possibly had they had a kettle for hot water, but someone was always there to help. Thank you for a fabulous stay

The hotel is very good. The services are very good. The staff are very good. The rooms are big and clean.The environment is very clean. And above all, it is very near to the airport, 5 mints drive to the daewoo terminal and also to the railway station. And saddar Rawalpindi.

i can prefer anyone who travel to Islamabad airport and want to get best nearby hotel so red line is the best one with best package staff are really friendly and very quite rooms with cleanness
