The room was exceptionally clean, and the pillow was so comfortable that it felt like a lifesaver after a long, tiring day. The staff was outstanding. I unfortunately don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but his service was remarkable. I asked him for tea with biscuits at 1 a.m., and while he mentioned it was too late to arrange biscuits from the market, he went above and beyond by offering me freshly made French toast, complimentary. That level of customer service truly stood out to me. I deeply appreciate the staff’s kindness and hospitality and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming experience.

The staff are very hospitable. Mr. Shahid is great and manages the guest house well. The staff were attentive to guests' needs. The room was also spacious and pretty nicely decorated. The cost is very reasonable. The location was nice, close to the airport.

There are a couple of things that I did not like. First, the bed sheets and pillows were not clean enough. Same with the tower- not clean enough. I had to use my own towel. I did not tell the staff about the cleanliness things, I am sure they would do something about it. The staff were nice, but they woke up late in the morning. You will be served breakfast at around 10 AM.

Love the location, you are on Kashmir Highway in a couple of minutes. The guest room has all the facilities, they've actually not mentioned but they do have a very decent 20Mbps WiFi. The room has a TCL Smart TV. Shahid bhai is very welcoming and always there to assist with anything we'd need. There's a common kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave. The electric geyser was functional so no hassle of water.

I think the bedsheet and covers could be better. They were a 7.5 out of 10 which is good but I'd have loved for them to be as good as new. That really improves the comfort.

We had a great time at gateway islamabad. Place was clean and the staff was very cooperative. It was worth choosing this gueat house. Highly recommended.

The day before leaving the guest house they moved us from our room to another room because of some other guest's request because they wanted 3 rooms together. I found that really unconvinient. Otherwise it was good.

I liked everything about the property. From the lovely staff to the room, it was amazing. They really know how to treat their guests, clients. My room was super comfortable, very clean, I had AC, hot water, WIFI etc. The place is really close to several tasty restaurants. The staff will help you to go to your destination. I highly recommend this place, it’s definitely worth it! Thanks again for everything.

It was a great experience to stay at this accommodation. Being with family I was reluctant to stay initially as it was not traditional hotels I am used to staying at but our host Mr. Shahid Khan is a very nice and humble person who assured us of a nice stay and made sure that we feel comfortable. If we are going to stay again in Islamabad we will definitely stay at the same place again.

A bit far from the main shopping centres

Hotel is very good to stay but price is little bit high .Secondly ,for food you have to use food panda . No black tea or coffee Others all are very good.No smell . No dirtyness washrooms are new and clean. Rooms are decorated and no smell. Good to stay .

We have never stayed at a guesthouse but as this was something quite popular in Pakistan we thought we'd give it a try. So glad we did! Our stay could not have been better. The energy in this guesthouse was very peaceful and warm. The staff was absolutely amazing, the room was clean & well-maintained, location was a 10/10. We created some great memories in this guesthouse and will definitely be returning!
