Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Had a decent stay at 12th Avenue Hotel. The room was comfortable and service was fine. However, bedsheets could be cleaner and most electrical sockets didn’t work — the few that did were sparking, which needs urgent fixing. Also, no shaded parking area, which left my car exposed to the sun. Overall, not bad, but with a few improvements, it could be a much better experience

The place is constructed like a resort, with lots of greenery properly landscaped. The place is quite and peaceful. The kids loved the operational Swimming pool. Rooms are tidy, washroom was also clean. Staff including Khalil were honest and obedient. Best wishes to the owner to continue providing one of the best retreat in Lahore.

The ambience is great. It gives you that feeling of staying at home and not at a rest house or hotel. The owners are so accommodating, we had a great time every evening with Mr. Arsalan and Wasif having a born fire every day with some live music. It was a place where all the guests can sit and relax and chat with each other. I would like to thank you the whole team for giving us such a wonderful experience.

I suggested and would request again that wardrobe either should be built in or the size should be increased. And there should be a place in every room to place your suitcases.

it is modern looking and have modern facilities. and its like a 3-star boutique hotel. met the owner arsalan n son (wasif), very friendly and helpful. they gave good insights on our diy trip. and we chat by the bonfire at night. tawab the reception guy is also friendly and helpful as he can communicate in english.

no one told us we need to pre-order for our free breakfast. so we had to wait for 30-40mins to get our omellete and teas. and our heater didnt work properly. it didnt blow out hot air.

The place is very beautiful if the weather is good you can enjoy sitting outside.

A lot of maintenance work is required. Most of the recreational activities need repair. The outdoor lawn needs to be cleaned and maintained for the guest to sit outside. Toiletries should be provided with the room.

The location and peace and calmness of the facility. It is improving the ambience with every passing day.

I think the washroom fittings need up gradation. The fittings has started to catch rust. The toiletries should be more modern and latest and small shower gel should be provided instead of shampoo is sachet and a hand soap.
