The Stay was insanely confortable! The staff were really helpful and always ready to provide you with anything you require, The hotel feels really safe, Nadeem bhai and Muzzamil bhai didn't make me feel like I was traveling alone, The hotel has a really cute dog named Stuffy! The room was neat and clean also big, the pool was great aswell, I enjoyed my stay here and will deffinately come again next time, easily the best hotel I've stayed at!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

A fresh coat of paint and enhancements in certain communal areas could significantly contribute to the restoration of a sense of added comfort. The showers could benefit from an increase in water pressure.

The hotel’s design is truly impressive, and Room 4, where I stayed, was remarkably spacious. Muzammil from room service deserves special appreciation for his exceptional hospitality—he went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, the management runs the hotel very efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Had a decent stay at 12th Avenue Hotel. The room was comfortable and service was fine. However, bedsheets could be cleaner and most electrical sockets didn’t work — the few that did were sparking, which needs urgent fixing. Also, no shaded parking area, which left my car exposed to the sun. Overall, not bad, but with a few improvements, it could be a much better experience

The place is constructed like a resort, with lots of greenery properly landscaped. The place is quite and peaceful. The kids loved the operational Swimming pool. Rooms are tidy, washroom was also clean. Staff including Khalil were honest and obedient. Best wishes to the owner to continue providing one of the best retreat in Lahore.

The ambience is great. It gives you that feeling of staying at home and not at a rest house or hotel. The owners are so accommodating, we had a great time every evening with Mr. Arsalan and Wasif having a born fire every day with some live music. It was a place where all the guests can sit and relax and chat with each other. I would like to thank you the whole team for giving us such a wonderful experience.

I suggested and would request again that wardrobe either should be built in or the size should be increased. And there should be a place in every room to place your suitcases.

it is modern looking and have modern facilities. and its like a 3-star boutique hotel. met the owner arsalan n son (wasif), very friendly and helpful. they gave good insights on our diy trip. and we chat by the bonfire at night. tawab the reception guy is also friendly and helpful as he can communicate in english.

no one told us we need to pre-order for our free breakfast. so we had to wait for 30-40mins to get our omellete and teas. and our heater didnt work properly. it didnt blow out hot air.
