The room was clean and elegant. Overall my stay was greate and comfortable. The staff was also good. Solid 9/10

Basic things like soap or handwash and shampoo was not present. But when demanded they provided us that but quality was not good. One thing that I noticed you can only lock your door with key from inside but it can also be opened from outiside with spare key so there should be more ways to lock the room from inside. The bed mattress was hard and was making noises as well. I hope they will resolve all this issues because their hotel's other things were outstanding

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service

The staff was available even though we checked in at 3am. Thanks to the owner for complementary kahwa (green tea) upon our arrival. 😊 Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Although the breakfast was delicious but the charges were excluded from the room rent. This should have been mentioned in the hotel profile.

Our stay here was Marvelous. Specially hot water was available 24 hrs.

The location of the hotel is very good near to main boulevard everything is on easy access. The staff was very good and co-operating. Everything was on the up and up. My stay was with my family and not for a single secone I was in fear.

Although every thing has two sides. The hotel is very good but there are some things which I did'nt like for example there was a little bit smell of smoking in the lobby and some other places which could be controller by placing boards of no-smoking area or by making a designated corner for smokers etc.

Location: Perfectly located in johar town with ease of access to al nearby places. Far enough from a main toad to avoid traffic noise / Hustle. A large plantation site in front of hotel to give it a natural attraction. Room: Rooms are Good in size, I booked deluxe that was enough for 1 person but I upgraded to executive which had better dimensions. House keeping with daily cleaning/Sheet changing. Towel, prayer mat, Limited toiletries (Soap and Shampoo). AC, TV work perfectly. Closet and shelves , make up mirror and table. A mini work station and one comfy chair with a table. With executive room, there is a private Sitting area outside your room shared by 2 rooms if you have visitors. Value for money: Way better than many places in this price. Staff: Really friendly, 24 % hr front desk and extremely helpful. Free parking with security gaurd.

Rooms didn’t have lockers.
