Nice room

The staff specially the manager sitting in the main reception sounds like a small Dhaba person :) Didn’t care about his words that were uttering from his mouth as if he works in a workshop instead of hotel receptionist ,, You should talk respectfully with all guests and anawer there questions in a well mannered way

Location is great especially if you wana do brands shopping as emporium is just 5 minuets walk. Staff is good and professional. Newly built that’s why almost everything was fine except towel stand. Hot water was available in the morning. I hadn’t availed breakfast option so no comments.

Sound proofing was not good. My room was towards main road so all night noise of vehicles horns etc. they don’t accept credit card only jazz cash or bank transfer.

Theur staff was too good nd their services they provided each nd everything but In washroom they have to incle brushes conditioner as they are charging so much money for 1 night overall it was fantastic 🤩

The location was good. I am very satisfied with the hotel. I was with my family and I literally felt safe there.

There were some minor issues because some portions of the building were under construction and I am not saying that those minor issues ruined my stay. My stay was awesome and as I know those issues will resolve as soon as the building gets fully furnished but although it was next level as compared to other hotels and value to money part.

Furniture and amenities are great. Bed is nice and comfy. Just amazing experience

The floor tiles are stained and taps are rusted for the room i have stayed in. Besides this everything is great.

Last Night I Visited This Place. The Location And Food Was Perfect. There HouseKeeping Services Were Too Excellent And Marvelous. Room Ambiance Was Outstanding And Everything Was Neat And Clean. Of Course Would Love To Visit This Place.

My services had air conditioning which i double checked too but there was a misunderstanding at the reception. He asked to pay extra for it again. But over all a great stay, quite and comfortable
