The staff - every one of them - was amazing. They could not do enough to make everything perfect. During one morning the self-serve latte machine was not working. A staff member noticed my disappointment and, without my even asking, raced to get me a latte from room service. The internet worked - always. The shower delivered a strong flow of hot water. And the location was perfect for me. I like to walk everywhere and the proximity to Mall Road made it easy for me to find everything from the Fort back to Jinnah Park.

On one or two of the days I was there (of 8) there were student tour groups in the lobby and in the restaurant. I anticipated inconvenience based on this, but to be honest, there was none. No complaints!

**Exceptional Hospitality at Lixus Grand Hotel – 9/10** Our stay at Lixus Grand Hotel was truly enjoyable, and we deeply appreciate their kindness in allowing us a late checkout until 6:00 PM due to our flight cancellation. This level of flexibility and understanding made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were incredibly courteous and helpful, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience throughout our visit. Their professionalism and warm hospitality stood out. The room was spacious and well-equipped with essential amenities, though the absence of a smart TV was noticeable. While the pool area was a great feature, the washroom lacked some basics such as a hair dryer and soap, which could be improved. Additionally, it would be wonderful to see the children's pool divided by one-third to incorporate a jacuzzi, and a small sauna in the large washroom would further enhance the hotel's luxury, bringing it closer to a true five-star experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Lixus Grand Hotel. A few minor enhancements could make it even better, but the hospitality and comfort were exceptional.

location was great and much better value for money than the pearl continental. A smaller hotel but rooms were large and excellent service, attentive and quick room service. All staff were so helpful from helping me with luggage in my car to providing complimentary fresh milk for my toddler every night. A shallow indoor pool area great for young kids.

not enough tv channel options . And picture/sound quality not great but I guess that's the channel and not the actual Tv. No news channels either. Not a great view from my window ,just a dumping ground but we were upgraded to a larger room so didn't really mind.

At first glance, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this hotel. Tucked behind a dilapidated and run-down facade, the entrance was underwhelming and gave us serious pause. However, once we drove past the broken down exterior, which as it turns out was not part of the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find a well-maintained and attractive hotel building—a true case of not judging a book by its cover. The hotel enjoys a central location close to the old city and major landmarks, making it a convenient base for exploring Lahore. The wonderful customer service started as soon as we stepped out of our transport with the door staff greeting us with a big smile, Mr Rehan at the front desk welcoming us and prepared with the check-in paperwork so that we didn’t have to wait around for too long to get to our rooms. Our room was large, clean, and extremely comfortable, with one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in, even compared to many five-star hotels. A fruit basket was delivered daily during room cleaning, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast each morning was a pleasant experience, featuring a live egg station, and freshly made puris and parathas on request. Most dishes tasted very good. My only suggestion would be to expand the selection of seasonal fruits, as the variety was limited. Despite areas for improvement, the standout feature of this hotel was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was courteous, warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their attentiveness and hospitality easily surpassed that of many five-star properties. All in all, if you can look past the unimpressive exterior and a few minor issues, this hotel offers a very comfortable stay with top-tier service in a prime location. it is excellent value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again—just don’t let first impressions fool you.

The view from our room left much to be desired—facing a broken-down building and an empty lot strewn with rubbish, not much that the hotel could do to improve The shower pressure was inconsistent, alternating between strong jets and a weak flow at different times of the day, and the showerhead was fixed at a high angle, which could be inconvenient for shorter guests. The pool area had a damp, musty smell, and while we were told at check-in that the swimming pool was closed, we did notice some guests using it in the evenings. It wasn’t a very inviting space.

The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. You couldn't sample all the dishes even over several days. The taste was amazing, and the staff well-presented and very attentive & friendly. I can't speak highly enough, especially at the price point. Stunning building, amazing stylish foyer & rooms lovely, comfortable and spacious, reliable and efficient room service whilst at breakfast. All in all, it felt very glamorous there. Very very clean. Good location close walk to Avari Hotel, Mall Road, Zoo & the expansive Lawrence Gardens (best Botanical Garden in Lahore). Very discretely positioned, beautiful facade and cool inside. I really didn't want to go outside. EVERYTHING WORKED. No Load Shedding on AC even. I didn't attend a High Tea in Caesar's Restaurant, but I witnessed one and it looked stunning, including the way the attendees dressed. Fabulous.

I was happy with everything. The pool is not well placed I guess, if I had to be picky, a bit dingy as surrounded by high building & not open to the sky. The staff tend to turn the lights out, but they really should be on in the daytime in the pool area for said reasons, as it is more or less an indoor pool with a narrow Perspex roof. But very clean. The Pool table is somewhat hemmed in by pillars, making some shots difficult to execute. Fridge in room too small. But nothing major at this price point, the whole place was effortlessly stylish and upmarket in appearance, service and comfort.

We planned our stay here for three days. Having stayed at this hotel before we knew what to expect and that this is a well maintained hotel with great staff. I was in contact with the hotel prior to travelling to pakistan via their WhatsApp number, and they arranged for flowers and a cake to be put in the room for my wife as I had requested. I messaged them when we were 10 minutes away, and these were then placed into the room. When we got to the hotel, the check-in service was smooth and quick. We then went up to the room, which was amazing. Clean and well stocked with all we required. We quickly ordered some room service, which took about 30 minutes to arrive, and the food was brilliant and well priced considering it is room service prices. There was a safe in the room, which is a good size and easy to use. There was also a small fridge with soft drinks and chocolate and other snacks which are chargeable but at a decent price considering you are in a hotel. A can of coke, for example, is around 200pkr, which is compared to the gbp, which was 1gbp to 340pkr. There are also items such as shower gel and shampoo and tooth bushes, etc, in the room as would be expected. Moving onto the breakfast buffet, which was included in the price, we paid for the room. This was a decent selection with a choice of traditional pharanta, channay, halwa, and puri or French toast, fried eggs, boiled eggs, and omelette. There were also serial selections and pastries with a live waffle/pancake section and a toaster machine. There was also a selection of juices and teas and coffee. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and willing to comply with any and all requests we had and very attentive. During our stay nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everyone we spoke to were polite and friendly, and they were willing to help in any way they could.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

Very nice stay for two nights in Lahore. The staff were very friendly and allowed us early check in as our flight got in in the morning. Everyone spoke very good English which we much appreciated. Very wide selection of food for breakfast which was great, and good selection for lunch and dinner too.

Location of hotel was good, however if you’re a tourist I would note that most rickshaw drivers haven’t heard of the hotel. This makes coming back from places quite difficult. We eventually found out that more people have heard of the hotel nearby, Faletti. So we resorted to telling rickshaw drivers this place as it was easier. Also note there’s an ATM right next to the hotel in a small room.

Front-end Manager Atif is very professional, and he knows how to treat the customer in a respectful manner. He went above and beyond to make sure the comfort for me and my family Room service was exceptional. I asked them to clean my room at 2 a.m., and they came and helped out right away Laundry Manager I don't remember his name he was a very helpful and kind man. I asked him to request to iron my outfits, and he came back with a few minutes Food Court Managers again, I am not good at remembering names. Both managers and staff are very helpful there buffet close at 10.30 we went there 10.05 and we asked them to bring us fresh puri and Nan they served us on tables they went 3 to 4 time to help us bringing food and tea etc Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at lahore. I would recommend everyone to visit this place and this is a very inexpensive 5-star hotel in lahore you can find. Mr. Atif and his team definitely deserve the praise to make this place sussesfull

Hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful. room was spacious and comfortable. toilets are clean and basic toiletries were provided. lots of hangers in wardrobe which were great! affordable laundry services and excellent breakfast! Near to the main street - Mall road.

Nothing major. mini bar can have more choices of beverages and complimentary snacks. few mornings there were no coffee available in the breakfast hall, had to order separately but staffs were helpful.
