Excellent fast service, ammara was an helpful assistant who went above and beyond to help us. The apartment rooms with two bathrooms was clean and the AC was in perfect condition just what we needed as the temperature was 50 degrees when we stayed. The 3 weeks we stayed here we were always welcomed and provided with excellent customer service. The location was great and easy to get to the dual carriageway and other brilliant parts of Lovely Lahore. We will be coming again very soon to spend more time and would definitely recommend anyone to stay.

No lift, may get tricky for people who have access or mobility issues. our bigger apartment wasn't available when we reached as we was told there was an issue with the AC. However after 4 days we was shifted back to the apartment we had booked and it was a delight.

Review of Grand Millennium Hotel I recently stayed at the Grand Millennium Hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was decent, and the room was surprisingly spacious and nicely furnished, which exceeded my expectations. It was also clean and well-maintained. The washroom was satisfactory, though nothing exceptional. One major drawback was the absence of an electric kettle in the room — something that has become a standard amenity in most hotels nowadays. Another disappointment was the lack of room service after midnight. I requested a cup of tea but was told that everything was closed, which is quite unusual for a hotel of this standard, as 24-hour room service is typically expected. I did not try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food quality. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but there are a few areas where the hotel could improve to provide a better guest experience.

The location is excellent, being very close to the train station, which made commuting easy. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort. Most importantly, the staff Ammra and team were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my stay much better.

The breakfast was just okay—not bad, but not among the best I’ve had. The charging sockets were not conveniently placed near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. The TV was smaller and the Wi-Fi was quite slow. Additionally, the cleanliness could be improved.

The service was good. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Washrooms were ok too. They had toilet papers as well. Booked it for 3 nights. Food win the restaurant was good. Different varieties. They give you a complimentary coffee at arrival, daily water and daily breakfast which I didn't utilize so cannot comment on that.. The Relation officer Ammara was very kind and enquiring about my comfort. She was making sure my stay was good and comfortable. The front desk reception also was friendly especially manager Mr Rana Fahd was very courteous. The security gentleman Mr Zain was very helpful in guiding me on what transportation I should select and instrumental in having me install the DriveIn app. Its an amazing app. There's a money exchange right in the front. The heater worked good and hot water too. There was a good working minibar.

Other than the hotel restaurant and a nearby biryani place, there are not much restaurants in the vicinity. Got to know of Lakshmi Chowk which is a mile from the hotel with tons of restaurants especiallyfor Lahore famous Butt Karahi. So that's not a significant problem.

Well located hotel (handy for Walled City, Lahore Junction Station etc) with large, bright rooms and very welcoming staff! The breakfast was also excellent, tasty and plentiful! The staff were very helpful and enthusiastic, forever asking if I was having a pleasant stay.

The lady showing me my room was a little over the top extolling the 'complimentary WiFi, and complimentary breakfast, and complimentary bottle of water'. Any decent hotels provide this! After leaving I did not appreciate getting a WhatsApp every day demanding that I leave a 10/10 review!

My room was upgraded from a Deluxe Single Room with Balcony to the Bridal Suite at no extra cost. Whilst there was no balcony, the furniture was lovely. I originally booked in for five days, but extended because I was so comfortable. Breakfast is a simple, but tasty buffet, and I appreciated the days when fresh fruit was added to the options. The service is excellent, with the staff watching for toast and bringing chai. Guest Relations Officer, Amara was always welcoming, a cheerful face in the mornings. She was readily available to assist with anything throughout my stay. Fahad was also very helpful, organising a private car and driver to take me from Lahore to Choa Saidan Shah. Housekeeping is excellent, with the staff extremely respectful, especially as I am a woman travelling alone. I was delighted with the cleanliness and hygiene of the bathroom in particular. I checked out the day spa while I was there, taking time out for a pedicure. The staff were friendly and my feet look and feel better for the attention. Next time I visit, I am going to have a full body massage. Grand Millennium is a good value hotel. I will happily return before I cross the border at Wagah to complete my Pakistan holiday.

The internet service is intermittent and insufficient for video conferences, which made work related meetings very difficult. The hot water was also intermittent and I had to call for maintenance on multiple occasions. Eventually, they sorted it out and I didn't need to call again. The full dinner menu was not available for the duration of my stay, which may have been because of the timing of my visit. However, I would have preferred to have been given a true menu so that I was not disappointed.

Great location, staff and rooms. Good quality breakfast and the local option changes every day. Although if you are not fond of traditional Lahori breakfast and looking for western fare, the options could be limited. Staff were very accommodating.

Not much happening near the hotel which could be a good thing (very quiet) or a bad thing (you will need a short taxi ride to be in the old town) depending upon your preference. I personally enjoyed sleeping away from the craziness of the inner city.
