Very good rooms and bathroom. We like that we had the same house Keeper Ishfaq Ahmed everyday, who always smiled and did a very nice cleaning. All Hotelstaff from the Gate, Main entrance, The lift, Restaurants at grondfloor and house keeper were very nice. We and our kids loved the Hotel. We fell like we were home.

The staff from reception was a little bit reserved and the breakfast could be better. At breakfast there were a lot of good dishes, but a few less will also be okay, and instead of that you could serve marmalade and chocolate for pancakes and bread. I missed a coffee machine.

The location is excellent, very near to MMAlam road and Liberty market. Great restaurants and shopping. Facilities were really nice!

Bedsheets I had to get changed upon arrival because it had some type of marks on it. The shower drain kept clogging up. Facilities like the pool open at 2pm and gym opens at 10 am. They seemed odd hours, and I hope they change the hours to more full day hours so families can enjoy more.

- AC was not working properly, even after an engineer came to fix it. - Breakfast was pretty average. Food was mostly dry, specifically the desserts. - Overall, it's a bit below value for money. Management should revist their prices.

Very accommodating and welcoming staff and reception. Great value for money as per location and services. If one likes to go out for dine in, their is nearby MM Alam road which is famous for restaurants. Also Jalal Sons and Alfatah at walking distance. to buy daily groceries. Same applies for traditional shopping centre (Dupatta Galli).

Soup accompaniment was not as per standard. Room service were asked twice to provide proper crotons. Same goes for pastries available during breakfast and hi-tea. Breakfast is good in terms of local and chinese cuisine only.

Luxurious and comfortable hotel. Good security. Nice dining options. Extensive room service menu. Good supplies of toiletries. Very clean rooms. Good lighting controls. Very comfortable beds. Good airport shuttle service. Location is very central.

Air-conditioning seems to be set at 22-23 degrees. Even if you set it below that, the temperature doesn't go down. Housekeeping staff are slow to respond, despite reminders. Complimentary tea but not coffee.

Location is awesome. Breakfast is also very nice with alot of varaties. Staff behaviour and cleanliness was up to the mark.

I tried their dinner buffet. they overcharged me as they are offering 25% discount on dinner buffet abd they are advertising it on their social platfarms but in actual they arn't giving any discount. Dinner buffet is not value for money and the atmospher at buffet wasnt perfect and poor ambiance.

Check out clearance is taking too much time, guys.

Amazing hotel, ideal location and super cooperative staff. If I visit Lahore in future again, I would like to stay at Indigo. The restaurant at the 18th floor was exceptional. The guy playing flute, while we were taking dinner, was amazing.

Noisy and loud TV in the next door room. The area on the wall where TV is installed is not a solid concrete (as per my observation). Due to that, whenever, the person staying in the next room would bump up the volume, you would hear the TV sound as if it is being played in your room and causes discomfort. I mentioned that to the property officials during the stay and also at the time of checking out. I hope they would come up with a solution.
