They gave me a big and clean room for stay. Complementary breakfast was nicely served.

They should pay attention to their messaging and commitments made with customers on the Booking.com like I told them that I will arrive early morning, it was confirmed via messaging on booking.com app but on the given day I had little difficultiy as I had to pay advance to ensure the booking. Also, at the time of arrival I told them that I will be staying for only one day. But despite this, they asked me twice as different staff were present at the reception. Their should be coordination between their staff. I felt annoyed with this behaviour. Their staff should behave more professionally. Apart from this, everything else was good!

The hotel Is located in a safe and quiet position in front of a cricket park. The staff is amazing and always really helpful and friendly. The room Is clean and big, with a comfortable bed, fridge, AC and fan. You can ask for room service at a cheap price and the food is good. Outside there's security 24/7, which makes you feel safer. Overall I had a very good esperience.

There are no windows in the room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was also excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and convenient place to stay.

It was exactly in the right location to where i wanted it to be. The Staff , Haroon , Inzemam Ul Haq ,Waqas , and the General Manager Iqbal Ahmed were all Super and very helpful . The Room was well equipped with Air Cond and a modern bladeless fan, It was super clean too. The price was 4,000 rupees pee night which was reasonable. The breakfast is very basic but theres plenty of places around the hotel to choose from. I would highly recommend it. Tony Mohammed Fiaz

Just the breakfast was basic due to them not having the space but the Manager told me they are looking at improving in the future.

The breakfast good, the location was good too - the only thing wasn't okay was the TV remote - which isn't a show stopper really. Major concern for me was the Geyser wasn't working Apart from that, it's a good place to stay

Geyser and TV remote! everything else was as per my expectations. I was hoping a mini fridge which wasn't there, so i am assuming maybe my room category wasn't with a mini fridge

Neat and Clean room. Well maintained building. Breakfast was good. More than enough for family. Taste wise just felt like home. Overall good experience with Family.

Every thing was perfect except shower in the washroom. It should be checked and maintained as it was winter season and hot water was needed for children.

Stay was very comfortable. Room was clean and bedsheets were very neat and clean unlike most of the hotels in the area.

Bathroom could be better.

This was my fifth stay in this hotel. The staff in the hotel were super cooperative, particularly I would like to mention that Mr. Haroon at reception was so helpful and professional. He was quick in responding to any requests. They treat you as if you are a Royal Guest. Secondly, this hotel is the best in town in terms of value for money. One, for sure cannot find a better facility with this price. Breakfast was good with two options [sahri or breakfast].

An excellent place to stay. Very polite and super cooperative staff - all of them - from the security guard to the manager. The gentleman at reception with whom I dealt with for check-in and check-out both days at around noon time, was extremely helpful and understanding. The location of the facility is good - very close to MM Alam road, liberty market and gulberg main market. All the famous eateries are at walking distance. You get good value for your money. Good LED TVs. Good hot-n-cold AC. Clean and tidy bath room with hot shower. The breakfast was so good and exceeded my expectations. Their chef makes very delicious omelet. Overall, it's a very nice place to stay with a so reasonable price tag.

Some guests [perhaps from the Northern areas] were probably tenanting 2 or 3 rooms. keeping their room doors open and making walkway and corridor areas very noisy [talking outside their rooms very loudly]

Rooms were spacious and location was very good, close to loads of shops in Gulberg and Liberty Market. Staff was very helpful too

Showers weren’t working, no warm water / no hair dryer provided. The blankets provided were also old looking
