The room was comfortable and clean.

They mentioned the parking space but there was no designated parking so I was told to park my car right in front of the hotel. Everything was good except for the fans,fans weren't working properly. And I was expecting a water bottle or two as it was a family stay but I had to ask them and they provided me with a single 1.5L water bottle. The washroom had no exhaust. The hotel was near the residential area so expect some noises from the street.

Everything thing was perfect. Staff was very supportive.

I have only one concern when I arrived in hotel after traveling of 4 hours with family they said room is not vacant yet you have to wait for half an hour although I have already informed my arrival time. That was a kind of irritation. They can work on that to improve.

AC and Furniture was very good. Cleanliness was also good. Staff behaviour was very good and there breakfast was very good. Specially Tea and Paratha. Bed was very good.

Water pressure of Hand shower was not good. Plus there was a Lizard in the room. Which obviously looks a little odd but I'm not a coward plus lizards are harmless. They are just overhatered in our society.

The staff were amazing. It is always people that make your experience. In this case the lovely and warm welcoming intentions were outstanding from start to finish. Little things from my late checkin (and they did not charge me for the missed night) to organizing a trusted taxi driver to Islamabad. Thank you so much for your warm and gracious hospitality.

Hi there, The location was good, nestled within the residential area. However, I faced an issue with my booking; the price shown on booking.com was 6150, but the hotel reception charged me 7150. I don't know what the extra 1000 is for. The air conditioner [AC] was also in bad condition, making noise when turned on and not cooling/warming throughout the room. Regard

best location at main area of Gulberg . walking to all nearest attractions/food shops. Neat Clean comfortable room and polite helppfull staff. Breakfast they served in room . average but tasty .

The location was good in the main Lahore and accessibility to restaurants. The staff was good helped me a lot and also upgraded me to a better room to accommodate my needs
