I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and had all the modern amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the restaurant service was excellent. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere around the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly explored other nearby hotels before making my choice. I'm glad i chose this one it matched exactly what was shown in the app. Everything was excellent. The location is safe and peaceful, just a few minutes away from the markets. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was cooperative and welcoming, especially the front desk attendant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well furnished and comfortable stay.

The apartment building is located in a peaceful and safe yet close to shops and restaurants. The room was impeccably designed, appointed and maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful, they made us an instant call as soon as we made the reservation and also guided us about sending the initial deposit amount just because they had one last option left so we trusted and sent them the deposit to which we absolutely didn't regret later and the breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared and served. Perfect.

Ambience was extra ordinary. Professional and experienced staff. Came for the first time. Would recommended for sure. Luxurious rooms. They've got all what a five star should. Food is also a must try. To be honest you really don't find such an amazing, hygienic and delicious food. Bar b q literally tantalize your taste buds to next level.Front desk staff is amazingly hospitable and go to beyond extreme to accomodate all needs. So over all recommended and a must try hospitality experience in murree.

I like hospitality by brother Waqar and his team. Ali Raza is exceptional boy and love his respect, atitude, behaviour and overall. I think it is a best place to stay which respect your freedom and privacy. I strongly suggest to visit atleast once and you will came to know why i strongly recommend this place. All of the staff were friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. The location was also perfect - easy walking distance to MM Alam Road where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to get a Careem car to visit anywhere further away. AC and WiFI worked well throughout my stay. Thanks for everything!

My only complaint is that there were quite a lot of mosquitos in my room. Might be a good idea to spray bug spray around sometimes.

Location is in main Gulberg III. Hotel staff dealing was very good. They took care of anything, we asked for. Special thanks to Mr. Waqar.

Bed sheet had spots and not clean. It was changed upon request. House on the back of hotel had lots of birds. They all making different sounds whole day and night. It would be nice if a small fridge/microwave can be placed in rooms.

The front desk staff was caring and accommodating and took prompt action for any requests we raised. The Floor Supervisor personally attended to our request for deep cleaning our room and ensured the room was thoroughly cleaned.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is very clean with helpful and professional staff and delicious and vast breakfast. Housekeeper's and reception are very helpful and care about visitors and customers need and they try their best to give the best facilities to us.Have a good new year!
