Its our go to whenever we travel to Lahore. Its nice, clean and comfortable.

We use it mostly in winters so never noticed this before. However this time we went in end of May, with summer temperatures peaking and the lack of fans in the rooms really felt prominent. AC worked fine but an AC alone cannot circulate enough cool air in the room in peak Lahori summers. The rooms should also have fans.

Staff were extremely helpful upon check in, I had booked the other hotel with the same name but different locations and because it was at night, they agreed to change the booking. On my last day on 15 October I had a fracture on my wrist after a fall outside the hotel and they acted very swiftly, called emergency services immediately and I was transferred to the hospital. The staff were extremely helpful.

First day of check in it took long to get something sorted but they did it. I did not enjoy the breakfast much.

As newlyweds, We really enjoyed the view from balcony of Room 902 (I think it's the only room in this building with a full size open balcony). It became more romantic at night with almost no sound or light pollution. Room was spacious as well. Hammad's service on 9th floor was great!

Bathroom required maintenance and also the cleanliness can be improved. They gave only 2 complimentary SMALL water bottles for a full 24hour stay. I think bigger bottles would be better if you're giving only two.

Breakfast was so good and fresh. The location of the hotel must be 10/10. Front office staff was very courteous and professional. Also cleaning staff was very humble and professional.

The suit where I booked, should have a permanent Iron stand with Iron.

There was smell of cigarettes in the room especially on the first day even though it was a non-smoking room. Shower drain wasn’t working properly. Windows were not fully noise cancelling so at times in the early part of the day, noise was loud from outside as the hotel is located on a busy road. Wifi was slow at times at night.

Very good hotel. The price and quality are just right. The staff is very responsive, ready to help at any moment. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, water, tea leaves, coffee, powdered milk and sugar. The TV is very comfortable, there is internet.

Breakfast was very good with nice selection of Pakistani cuisine (sooji halwa was best I've had anywhere). Chai was also good, as was the fruit salad. Room was very comfortable and clean, shower pressure strong with plenty of hot water. Air conditioning worked very well.

Being in central Lahore, there was a lot of street noise. Also had some very noisy neighbors next door the first night, who seemed to be unaware that there were other guests in the hotel who were trying to sleep.

Good Location with a Shopping Mall across the road and international and local food outlets within walking distance. Breakfast was ok but staff a bit slow in replenishing dishes.

Very good service. The staff was very kind and they helped throughout the stay. The Breakfast had a variety of foods. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds.
