I absolutely loved my stay at Ambiance Hotel! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with stylish interiors that made the space feel both modern and cozy. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-designed, and offered a great balance of comfort and elegance. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s location was also a big plus, making it easy to explore the area. Whether it was the peaceful ambiance, excellent service, or the little thoughtful details, everything about my experience exceeded expectations!

The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast menu and parking space for the cars is very limited

I recently stayed at Ambiance Hotel for two nights, and I truly enjoyed my experience. The room was exceptionally clean and cozy, with a beautifully designed interior that made the stay even more comfortable. The food was amazing, and I appreciated the overall atmosphere. A special mention goes to Zubair, who was incredibly polite and added a personal touch to the excellent service. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those who appreciate art and a well-designed space.

I like the location I like the fact that it was a boutique hotel, and I like the personalized attention that the staff provided for each and every guest and this is my second time staying at the property and I would recommend it moving forward

what I didn’t like about the property was the lack of attention by some of the staff members when they were cleaning the room. For example, it’s very important to maintain consistency with inventory so if you are taking one cup, you need to replace that one cup and so on and so forth. Often times I would notice that items would be missing, such as teabags, coffee, etc. after room service was done which should not happen.

My first stay at this hotel in Lahore, and I can comfortably say with confidence that it’s my go-to each time I’d now come to Lahore. Excellent location, the cleanliness is top notch, everyone is so warm and well trained. The vibe of the hotel is extremely lit. The check out time is 12, I requested if I can leave at 2 due to my flight time, they instantly agreed with positivity. During my stay for two days they wouldn’t let my guests come without proper verification which speaks great about their security too. My little room had an emergency exit plan map too, which I was very surprised to see this addition - it shows great commitment towards our safety! I’m very much against food wastage, I was extremely happy that they don’t have buffet breakfast, and we can choose breakfast as ala carte from their extensive menu, a main dish / a cold beverage and a hot beverage - the cutlery and crockery are both very hifi. All of it I got it delivered in my room as per my time and convenience and sleep schedule!

The only minus: my room (the basic room) should have one mirror, it was slightly uneasy to goto bathroom for mirror esp. when the room is shared by two! And not everyone likes doing makeup/hair or anything in the washroom. The washroom although had two luxurious mirrors.

The room was clean and comfy and well heated. They provided an air purifier on request. The bathroom, while small, had running hot water at all times.

They changed complementary breakfast to a buffet style breakfast. However, they failed to meet expectations on the following points: 1) The number of items in the buffet were limited. 2) They offered the same items every morning. 3) While tea-bag tea and open coffee beans were available to make a drink, a proper mixed tea or coffee was offered by the kitchen but charged separately. They charge on the higher side for their mixed teas, so that was a turn off. Secondly, some of their rooms are small bug with relatively bigger washrooms, while the rest are relatively bigger but with smaller washrooms. If you are travelling with a child and want a bigger washrooms, this can be a problem.

The breakfast buffet is small but everything is nice and good quality. There’s always something vegetarian too. The rooms are lovely and I like the overall design and vibe of the hotel. We always feel comfortable and at home staying here.

The TV in the room didn’t always work very well (Netflix getting stuck, my friends tv refusing to turn off!) and there was a smell from the bathroom sink drain which I presume is easily fixable.

The staff is super kind and helpful. The facilities are very beautiful with great decor. They really pay attention to details. They helped us with washing and cutting some fruit for us. We weren’t able to have breakfast at the restaurant, but they packed some breakfast to take out. I would certainly recommend it.

The rooms are small. You have everything you need but in a very compact space.

Stunning interior decor and details. Staff is very attentive and catered to my needs. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe here. The breakfast options are really good and they change everyday so you get a taste of everything. You can ask for chai or a drink of your choice in the morning. The location is excellent if you’re looking to shop on mm Alam, liberty market or just check out spots like paolas

The hotel art is amazing. The service by the staff, they're very helpful and you feel safe aswell in the area. The armed guards are very active. It is very clean. The room(deluxe) was good: AC, minibar, comfortable bed, smart-tv, chairs, closet etc. Bathroom lighting was really good to shave/trim etc.

The bathroom, there was little space to put things, no shelf/small drawer. The shower had the same, no place to put liquids down and the water came from the roof, which was different. Breakfast was average.

The decor is amazing and the staff are fantastic . The bed and room is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We really struggled to get hot water. We let it run for quite some time ( which is a terrible waste of water) and it was only ever warm. We were also disappointed that the breakfast menu wasn’t included in our stay like our last visit. The buffet was still good but I don’t think instant coffee is good enough for such a nice hotel. After requesting brewed coffee they obliged. We will still come here again as the positives out way any negatives.
