It's really nice. Stay for a night but good experience. Visit with someone special. Their staff is very cooperative and helpful. 😊😊

The location

The condition. Fridge broke and was not fixed, the cleanliness was not upto the mark.

location is at the heart of gulberg and on main road with all main food points at walking distance within the same block. MM Alam road is just around the back and its 10-15 minutes from Liberty Market. it is a great value for money location and the experience is worth more than the price no doubt.

The lights are dim and yellow small bulbs are used which undoubtedly increase the aesthetic value but I personally prefer well lit environment especially at nights. there was a load shedding issue with electricity and AC did not work during those hours but the rest of the appliances worked on UPS.

Its located in a shopping mall, so there are many cafes and restaurants right next to the hotel that you can also reach alone at night. The breakfast was also nice, but simple.

It's far from any metro and from the city center. The room is very dark without windows.

Rose palace makes sure to honor its guests with every possible ease & comfort. The staff is courteous and well mannered. The rooms were clean and the environment was too good. The safety level is outstanding.

Iron wire is too dangerous for the guests. It is only covered with tape. Make sure to change the wire ..

Staff is nice and coffee is good. Very good food nearby and room is good

Staff does not speak estonian or finnish. They can only speak english and pakistan language. I wish manager would make them practise finnish or estonian language so they would get more customers from these countries because these countries love this hotel so much

Great value for money and an excellent location.Such a nice place for stay,Staff was co operative.The place is very spacious and packed with all necessities,We had a wonderful time at the hotel, the staff were absolutely amazing. The food was excellent. I will say though the hotel needs extensive renovations it’s dated.

Rose palace Hotel is good as the price suits the stay, there are some very important observations which the management has to carry forward, the wash rooms were not sprayed. Cleanliness can be improved as room had slight smell due to lack of ventilation.need to focus on cleanliness and sound.Rooms are average and the bathrooms are very small.Sometimes rooms are not initially that clean u hv to call them for cleanlinessThey desperately need to renovate their rooms. Broken and rusted furniture very outdated.

Nothing to be upset about. They can increase quanitity of breakfast🤣. Its too delicious. Also they can install minibar

Great place to stay, simple, safe and secured to store my stuff and take rest. Peaceful, chilled, staff were amazing.

At one time, electricity stopped working and I've been asked to immediately leave the hotel and move to another branch, on the last minute. I have to pack everything at once which was stressful and move to another branch. Expenses were paid by hotel and it was free. Next time I will stay in another branch.
